thanks a lot. Do you know how I can write them? I have been trying to contact support, but I can’t as I’m not seeing any option to write them. I tried submitting another appeal today with an edited bank statement . Hopefully it works, I’ll give an update.

I'll give you a hint, for the robot to transfer you to a human customer service you have to chat with it from 1am to somewhere around 3am.

Na bro, no charges at all but you'll exchange it at a loss of N50 per $1, but I think piggyvest is dead in virtual dollar card functionality.
They don't increase their rate and they don't decrease it anymore. Its only good for sending and receiving money as it attracts no charges and a platform section of it is used for savings.

Always try to observe like 5 to 8 pages of any trend to be knowledgeable of the dicussions in the house.
Now that said, please try to order an item of 5 to 10usd first.
It's like aliexperess no longer acknowledge or recognize some of the virtual dollar cards i.e piggyvest and chipper cash.
Just try it could work out fine for you.

Simply say once you close a dispute that its delivery time has expired you have lost your money, expect by speaking to a human customer representative which is extremely rare, you have lost the dispute.
Chinese sellers are dubious.

Please house learn, when ever you are try to attempt any of the virtual dollar cards please try buy something with just 5 to 10usd, please don't use your whole money to exchange beyond 10usd.

App. I also tried it on My Pc but It didn't clear, aliexperess kept on asking for my credentials for verification of which I sent and they refused over and over again.

Yes this is exactly true, but Chipper cash is an outrageous money theft, there exchange rate to Dollar is crazy while their exchange rate to naira is a total scam and very biased.

I think if you contact their customer service representative they will advice you on what to do but most times they aren't helpful.
Open a GTB bank or ask a trusted friend for his card details to assist you in ordering things on aliexperess maximum is 20usd.

Note: other bank like stanbic, maybe standard chatter, UBA, Zenith, Sterling still function but still maximum of 20usd

Bro, my transparent advice would be forget piggyvest you can't use it on aliexperess to order above 100usd or maybe 50usd.
Please go get a usd dollar card/ domicilary account. It's the only way out now.

Among the pictures it required was that of a bank transaction/statement of the card

Some guys who have chipper cash app and Piggyvest who have not bought above 100usd don't know that AliExpress system rejects this cards because of the amount.
Am experiencing this everytime, very frustrating loses 18k just converting my money back from chipper cash app and Piggyvest.
