Winnie there are 10 digits making up that call up number the first 4 is the mobilisation year...playing around with the 2 digits next to the 2013 doesn't cover all the variables the remaining 4 digits holds.

Numbers are very specific characters but when they are assigned values other than what they originally stood for, it becomes difficult to predict what their outcome will be when joined in sets.

Don't ignore the last four digits, they've got things attached to them.

25 is the next to my 2013 which is Nasarawa, if by any means what you said turns out accurate then I'll be in one hell of a clusterfuck.

The ability to send in live video feeds from hostile zones to the war preparation HQ.

The email account you used to open your nairaland account, that's where you get your Personal Message PM.

If you go to someone's profile and click on pm...it won't give you a text field to write on just click send, the person will get an email notification that you want to communicate him or her then, then the person can chose to send you a message, if the person replies you from there you've got the person's email link and can reply or message them whenever you want.

The long process is a kinda security protocol, but the downside is that both parties must have their emails on the go to be able to message each other in real time...unlike facebook.

You might want to know this. I do it for people depending on the kinda phone they're using.
But I don't do it on my own phone...I use my phone just as it is.

There are a lot of reasons why I don't do it on my phone.

Let me give you one hint, if you've already downloaded a custom firmware to flash your phone with, know it that it has got no radio support.
