You are good to go.... Congrats in advance, I posted mine yesterday today I got BRP mail for MA and dependants and pick up from courier today. You should get same success story today or latest tomorrow.... biometrics -20th January.

The documents requested was qualifications and experience for the job applied.

I presented a reference letter from my employer showing my auxiliary nurse training and work experience for 6 years.

Also my training certificates from when i started work/training till date with the UK care certificate done last year.

I got this mail now and I went back to track my application....these are the two updates now....pls no decision mail ni?....hope they don issue me the visa my people cos this suspense they do me somehow....pls I am sorry for disturbing you oo

You were spot on with the death certificate you submitted. However, I’ll like to see if the ECO won’t request for a justification of the care and maintenance in place for the kids. I pray he is satisfied with the notification by the sponsor that maintenance will be handled by them…

There was no need to submit your first degree except you attached the ECCTIS certification alongside it. Did you take the IELTS exam?

Amen to your prayers my brother 🙏 but just in case the ECO asked, what do you think they can ask to justify that?....can it be statement of account? Or what? and how much do you feel someone should have in the account in naira for the 3kids? I asked just to be on a safer side ni but I know my GOD has perfected it all and shown us mercy on this already🙇☺️Yh, I submitted my UKV1 exam with the application.....I didn't use Ecctis

Thank you so much for your response, I submitted their Father's death certificate and even the cause of death I got from the hospital with the application already, I am just confused when someone said they asked to justify the care and maintenance available for the children even when the sponsor ticked maintenance for them, cos I didn't include any POF for them with our application...and also pertaining the academic credentials, i submitted just my B.sc certificate....hope that's still fine?

As @Solphamo rightly said, being a widow isn’t an issue but get your late husband’s death certificate handy if you didn’t submit it earlier.
Your Microbiology degree is of no significance to the Visa officer…as long as your sponsor has certified you capable for the role. I hope you didn’t submit any academic credentials sha…because it usually creates unnecessary and avoidable drama.

Please, I want to ask....I hope been a widow with 3kids doesn't stop the issuance of my kid's visa as I have applied for them with maintenance ticked by my sponsor (for both MA and my dependants), all necessary docs(their tb tests, recommendation letters from their school, consent letter from me, birth certificate from local govt, family pics) were submitted and biometrics done last week Friday for both MA and dependants.... also pls, what's the chance of getting my visa too, I am a Microbiologist and was given a senior carer job...Pls I just wanna know and have your own opinion abt that...May we all receive goodnews soonest IJN. Thanks.

But is it still possible for them to request for proof of maintenance and care even when sponsor ticked maintenance for MA and dependants? Cos I have submitted application for myself and my kids without bank statement oo cos my sponsor ticked maintenance and I was told I don't need to submit POF for our application...pls what's your take about that house? Thanks
