Power does not corrupt a man. It only exposes his true character, releases inhibitions and sets his inner self free. |
PrinxArthur1:Asin eh See her face |
DEMZEE:I believe you meant the society We are not here to converse about women's viewpoint or how they acquit themselves. |
Uchesis:What is red pill What I meant is that you should always rely on logic to make any decision despite the kind of heat that comes with the moment. Decisions made inside the darkness of our emotions will lead to regret when the light of our rational thinking is shone on those choices we made in the past. This is where the thought "I should have done better" emanates from. It is very difficult to master this skill. |
LikeAking:It's about feeding your sons with the necessary tenets so that they can portray positive masculinity in the future. At the end of the day, they will choose how to live their lives by themselves but consistent training will go a long way in helping them to make the right decisions. Call your sons, sit down with them, ask them questions, have a chit chat with them and get to know their opinions about certain things in life. Of course this discipline pattern is not common due to our default African culture. Only few men understand the importance of these things. Your children will remember the lessons you taught them through these series of conversations rather than the ones you tried to instill in them through fear with your cane. Most people shut their eyes to that definition of discipline that expounds it as an activity that provides mental or physical training. They plump for the harsh interpretation that commends the use of punishment and force to correct disobedience and other bad behavior. And most children bow to these commands because they are still under the tutelage of their parents. |
NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE MEN WHO FAIL. |
Truth be told, most of us are faking our way through life. We pick only those battles we are sure to win, only those adventures we are sure to handle, only those beauties we are sure to rescue. |
Skepticus:Trying to explain red pill to women I Don die

Either she's giving the orders and you are taking them or the other way round. Two tigers cannot live on the same mountain. |
DEMZEE:U are talking about ABUNDANCE MINDSET oga |
Man is nothing else, but what he makes of himself. |
No man should go through life without once finding himself, depending solely on himself and thereby learning his true and hidden strength. |
A man is not just a thing to be—it is also a way to be, a path to follow and a way to walk. |
All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that all was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, and make it possible. |
It is not necessary for a man to be actively bad in order to make a failure in life; simple inaction will accomplish it. Nature has everywhere written her protest against idleness; everything which ceases to struggle, which remains inactive, rapidly deteriorates. It is the struggle toward an ideal, the constant effort to get higher and further, which develops man-hood and character |
Fathers are to sons what blacksmiths are to swords. It is the job of the blacksmith not only to make a sword but also to maintain its edge of sharpness. It is the job of the father to keep his son sharp and save him from the dullness of foolishness. He gives his son that sharp edge through discipline. |

Some of us here need to take chill pills, we being mad disrespectful to each other. If I SOZINN was your wife and you shared some of your responsibilities with me, then you shouldn't have a problem with the kind of decisions I make. Let me give instances. If we both return from work, there's no way in Hades you are chilling in the dinning while I make our food alone, the way I see it you've only got three options. 1. You get yo ass off that chair and join me in the kitchen. 2. U order your food online. 3. U go to bed hungry If we had three kids and you paid tuition for 2 while I handle one. I'd withdraw that child and register him/her in a cheap school if I think his/her fees are expensive. With or without your permission, I don't need your approval. I pay the fees so I control this bìtch. If we had one car, you can drive it to work for the first three days, i.e Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I take it on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we can use it together as a couple on our way to church. If our T. V broke and you wanted me to replace it, no problem but don't be surprised if I get a smaller one. If it's what I can afford. If I have to contribute money to buy groceries and jumia can't deliver it to our house. Then we're going shopping together (couple goals). My point is, if you can share your responsibilities with me then you should be cool if I decide how we're going to use my money. If you're not comfortable with this then you have a problem not me. Something is seriously wrong with you. On the other hand if I was the man of the house, you can't tell me shįt like "chores should not be tied to one gender". Cos when we talk about providing for the family that has to be tied to one gender. Now I've seen where the above scenario works, I know couples that are doing it and they're fine. But not all men can live like that. I believe that masculinity should portray dominance in a home and feminity subordination. But that's me, I won't try to choke you with my opinions and force you to agree with me. This is why I don't like arguments. Never let anyone define your masculinity for you, do things the way you see fit. Be your own man. PEACE |
It takes a great man to give sound advice tactfully, but a greater to accept it graciously. |
The value of a man is seen in what he gives and not in what he is able to receive. |
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively. |
A good man does not spy around for the black spots in others. |
A real man does what he must — in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures |
Masculinity pertains to male dominance as femininity pertains to female subordination. |
The less you show emotion, the more of a man you are. |
Manhood is the defeat of childhood narcissism. |
No man stands so tall as when he stoops to help a child. |
Masculinity requires that a man must have a code and a creed which he lives by no matter his status. |
Being a real man is not something you are but something you do. |
