The problem with freeze is that He lack spiritual understanding of God and His word. If you dont have peronal relationship with God you can not understand Him. To freeze tithe might be wrong but there are those who think far beyond the ordinary. They dont walk think or act according to opinions but act on Gods plan and pursuit n purpose. Yes lots of time. If you want God to bless you for tithe and offering it must be willingly with a pure heart. Lot of things some people find difficult to get u find it easy. Your salary becomes sufficient and more to spend without your own understanding. You just keep wondering how you had so much to spend by the time you take account at the end of the month

One thing is important attend the right church to pay your tithe. I believe so much in paying tithe. It works for us in our family. Anything we are in need we just turn to God in prayer we remind him of our faithfulness in paying our tithe. believe me God has been faithful. In a miraculous way we never even expect. All the time we are in need Without labour God always provide. If you are faithful God will take care of you.

I came to this forum a month ago and i introduced my lawyer sis to the forum. She went for interview on the 13th of this month and we prayed one single prayer
We told God that the Vo should see her and like her and smile for no reason. Though she had done at lot of practice and research about the interview. But it was a great surprise as God answered our prayers just exactly as we prayed it
The Vo did not ask how much she earn, only where she is visiting and a law term which she boldy responded to.
It was just favour cause only two questions got her the visa.

Vo-. You are an advocted?

Sis-- yes. she gave a full details of her social services work as a lawyer
Vo-- kept smiling at her.
Vo- tell me what is res ipsa loquitur
Sis- the fact speaks for itself( boldly)

Sorry your sister was denied. Sometimes favour works and i believe so much in asking God for favour

But to be candid. Your sister only said she is an accountant. I believe one thing when the vo ask you what you do. This is your chance take control of it. Give full detail convine him or her your job is a good one then he or she would ask how much to you earn.
Before he or she sked explain the purpose of your trip.

I am a lecturer at so and ao university. Department of so n so. And i teach so and so handling master students project......
Just giving a shabby answer or one word answer is not good enough.

That is not true at all. A lot of people have different motives behind there travelling to UAE. I personal know White American citizen who visited Dubai this summer for holiday. Lots of people in UK and USA visit Dubai. It's a tourist attraction. Aside from getting favored, I personally believe those Vo's have their reservations.

Go there looking onfidence
Dress well
Answer questions looking at the Vo
The moment you walk in, Comport yourself and pray for favour. I just believe it's all favour.

It's a good but not a strong one. Speaking of ties it mostly deals with a good paying job which the VO known or is convince you will never want to forfeit. Take for example if you are a medical consultant in a hospital you own. This can convince the VO. He will definitely known your worth. Most times those VOs would have read your form before your arrival. You are just there to convince them you are honest.
Nearly everyone is asked for what they do for a living. That is the point that mostly determines if you will be granted or not.

You have a high chance if you can convince the VO that you will return and with good ties here in Nigeria . Just be honest bold and pray. The Canadian visa refusal has nothing to do with the US.

She/he sense you might not return. You didn't explain you have a good ties in Nigeria that will bring you back. All what VO s want is to convince him/her that you will return. Also your travel history. Attend similar conference in African countries before applying again. But my advice don't use conference except you are applying in group with a known association like MBA, ETC.
Explain in detail your business, your customers and every detail. You also have a sister who can convince you to stay back. Best luck next time

Good day to all in the house.I am a follower of this thread.Today is my interview at the Lagos consulate.am on my way from the embassy presently Interview started around 9.30am today cos there was a problem on their system.I applied for the US visa in October last year with my family(my wife and a kid) but was denied.I applied alone this time and wanted to travel on vacation to visit my brother who is a legal permanent residence of the US.He got to the US in 2013 through the visa lottery and he had sent me an invitation for visiting.
I was interviewed by a young lady at window 5.

ME-passed only my passport

ME-Yes I once applied with my family but was denied

ME-there was a review in my monthly salary and was increased.I applied with my family in my first application but want to travel alone this time

ME-he is a permanent residence of the united states
VO-do you have any paper from him?
ME-Yes,(passed the invitation letter he sent to me with the introduction letter from where he works in the US)
VO- I Dont need this.I mean a paper from him to prove he is truely a permanent residence of the US.

From what I read, you a good tie in America that's your brother who can convince you to stay or help you stay. The VO sense you might not come back.

I know lot of people are optimistic about this country and I often hear if I had the money I will go into business. Yes oo .opportunities are in Nigeria because you can break laws and make it. But if you have ever been outside Nigeria you will not support any politicians infact you will curse them each day you wake up. I used to be very optimistic too until I visited Dubai for a holiday . Whenever I wanted to buy things and I convert it to Naira I realized our currency have lost it total value. I visited a shop in Dubai where everything was sold form 1-10 dhram which is our 100- 1k, nice shoes, bags electronics. A full chicken is 8dhram our 800 naira which I bet u can never get here in Nigeria. I shed tears when I saw how organized they are in that country. This was once a desert turned into city where even the American visit for summer. I know Nigeria can never meet up with country like America, The UK, and other European nations because they are not stagnant. even if they are. I bet in 50 years Nigeria will not meet up with them as long as we have this selfish and self centered politicians ruling this nation. Do you all notice it's the same circle of politican still ruling after independence?
Our president just returned after a long long trip away from his responsibility and some ignorant people who I am sure don't care about the future of this nation went to welcome him with great jubilation. It breaks my heart that I am a citizen of this country. The government have no plan for generations to come. They provide social amenities and they want praises for their responsibility. SO Sad
Well all I know all politicians are selfish and they don't have plans for the citizens .
