I missed my flight back to the US in January 2016. I pretty much had to buy a one way ticket to get back to the US by the weekend. Very terrible experience. Lost over a thousand dollars as a result.

Now will you allow that Dr to treat you in the event of a life threatning emergency.
Mind you doctors are meant to present themself as clean and confident with no arears of doubt as the patient is expected to be as comfortable as posible. Looks matters to a patient.

Looks matter alot. If looks dont matter why do you look your best to interviews.

If you are a lawyer why dont you carry deeads to court to defend your client.

If you were to speak on leadership to people looking up to you why dont you apear to them in dreads and shredded jeans.

If you are soliciting for funding of your startup business are you were asked to come and make a presentation.. why dont you go there with mohawk and shredded jeans.[/quo

Your reasoning is very shallow to say the least. Nigeria is where it is because of this type of archaic reasoning. What has dressing got to do with someone saving your life in an emergency situation. You need to step beyond the shore of Nigeria to know that your believe or culture is not universal. During my undergrad here in the US, I had an instructor (lecturer) who comes to class wearing earring on both ears. Does that make him less intellectual? The answer is NO. The earring isn't attached to his brain. The way you people celebrate appearance and age is appalling.

StOla:
Nigerians are the problem with Nigeria.

I still don't know why I am so different? How can an apple fall so far from the tree?

Why are we so determined that we must make something extra to our lawful wages, by engaging in corrupt acts?

I remember my early work days as an after-sales repair tech, when people try to even give money for repairs of their warranty products, either to speed up the lead time or to show appreciation for providing a prompt repair service, I always turned down such money and told them it was their right to enjoy such service.

I further found myself in an industry where people earn millions, but still find a way to fraudulently accrue some extra thousands they do not merit.

What is so tempting in cheating your fellow man or employer that already over-pamper you?

Get a Nigerian to run a public agency or a private firm, and he is already contemplating fraudulent schemes to fiddle with the books, or to extort contractors and vendors before recommending their services or products.

I would not even bother with sales representatives. If the employers knew how much their products are actually sold to government, private firms and individuals, their sluggish annual profits would have been a financial windfall. While those buying would have eliminated a lot of waste due to high costs purchase by their fraudulent procurement team.

Yet, these criminal workers are the ones that complain the most.

I will live on an honest wage and whatever profits I can make from my investments. If I get to be wealthy, I would have earned it, but not at the expense of extortion, theft and fraud.

You're spot on bro. I remember when I started my career in Nigeria about 13 years ago. At Cornerstone Insurance to be precise. I was stunned when the account officer told me point blank not to return the left over to company account after the company had payed for my Training in Apapa. He insisted I needed the money because I am still young. The problem with Nigeria is not just the leaders, an average Nigerian is super corrupt. They want development but they are not ready to pay the price. No nation develops with corrupt citizens.

Interestingly I met Akide and her husband, Collins Udoh at a friend's wedding in the U S of A last September. She still look fit and her masculine look is still very obvious even in native attire. She's a rare legend.

Why do these Yoruba kings love light-skinned women so much? It's almost like it's a prerequisite... Shameful influence of colonialism. Hope the Ooni didn't also go there and declare 'Jesus' to be his father like they said he did in America, to the disappointment of the numerous blacks there who (rightfully) expect African kings to remain culturally independent, even if their people choose to chase foreign deities.

Are light skin not human?

Jadekitana:
I think it's totally heartless and ungentlemanly for men to always leave women hanging during love making. From research, movies, ladies gossip etc i'v come to find out that 80percent of men don't really care if a lady is satisfied or not as far as they are.

Often when a man cums/climaxes that's the end.His organ becomes flaccid immediately, most of them sleep off instantly not even cuddling the lady. Some come up with the excuse that they just did a hard job. Indeed!!!

These guys are often the ones who would want a woman to perform all the styles on them, and when they get to their peak that's the end. Is it that the male body was created that way? How come their organ becomes flaccid immediately? No matter what you do to resurrect it, it stays that way!

An average female body doesn't climax ontime except you really know the right places to touch, but these days who cares! A gentleman should always wait for his lady to cum however how sweet the whole thing is WAIT!! When she has arrived, you can then release whatever it is you have inside of you! In that way trust me she wouldn't be bored and start seeking sexual redemption elsewhere. It's not about pumping hard with all your veins threatening to pop out,its about satisfying us. undecided

Ps: no holier than thou talks here, waka pass undecided

*checks for pink g-string in pant closet* aha this would do for the day.

All the person needs to do is to balance the account out of pocket. There is no account for balancing shortage in bank. I've been there so I can relate with it. That's the pain of being a cashier sometimes. It is one man for himself when balancing your account at the close of work.

He miss used the Latin word consensus ad idem...it literally means coming together of heads which also means agreement. A single person can't say he consensus ad idem..but two or more parties only can.
Concensus ad idem means meeting of minds. He literally means he agrees with Obasanjo on the Ooni's peace move.
