I wonder what kind of spirit that has descended on Nigerian pharmacist of this days. can't imagine an Indian pharmacist thinking this way struggling with doctors in the hospital where their main role is actually a dispenser? it was initially a title fight pharm wazobia, now they want to be Dr pharm so and so, of late consultant pharm Dr.......... You guys should get busy and focus on drug manufacturing and research. we are still waiting for oral insulin hmmm. |
let's all pray and plead with the federal government to accede to the request of these people. A good government should be concerned first about the welfare of its citizens. I am sure this is about the survival of the Doctors, but the federal government should not sacrifice the lives of the average Nigerians before agreeing to their demands. |
royver, you are the best! |
Dankylove: Thanks Doc.It affects quite a number of men without they knowing it.This is because d semen is usually deposited in d vagina or condom without bothering to check wat it looks like. The precise etiology for this form is unknown. for constraint of space and time, pls get 4ther details online using hematospermia as the keyword. If d terminologies seem confusing at any point, feel free to ask questions. |
@dankylove, your claim is very valid and d condition is called HEMATOSPERMIA. It happens commonly after prolonged abstinence or after rigorous se.xual activity. Though has other causes beyond d scope of this forum, clearly it has resolved and there's no cause for alarm. shalom. |
Lets get this straight: You claim not to be a member of the allied medical proffession but how did u come about all this half baked facts? You appear to regard the title Doctor with so much disdain, if its true you have them as spouse or cousins I am pretty sure u will know they went through fire before achieving such status. If this title is so unimportant, how come we now have doctors of pharmacists, doctors of med lab tech, doctor of optometry in Nigeria, contrary to world best practices and all in an attempt to confuse the unsuspecting public. Never heard of doctors skipping any grade level- feel free to prove me wrong. Why do nurses, medical laboratory technicians and other support staff want to be consultants and CMDs when it is proven that doctors are the most versatile, they are trained in almost all aspects of medicine and hospital management! Bet most of these people have never smelt the interior of the theatre or mortuary. Trust me Doctors know where the shoe pinches most. Finally the forefathers of most of this allied proffessional were trained by doctors. Wait a minute, must you always aspire to be like them-think its better to obtain jamb form. Op, clarify all these from your sponsors. Hmnn I smell envy! |
Well, i wonder why no one is raising any eyebrow at the demonic price of the application form into residency training program by a federal training institution to whom fund is released for that same purpose. By and large this is the most expensive in this country as of today! Rather than scaring them away with the application fee, wouldnt it be more appropriate to screen them based on merit? When will quality education cease to be for the highest bidder? I weep for my country! |
Guy, cant help but keep laughing! Is this fictitious or based on true life events? |
This will never happen in Nigeria; at least not in the next 20years! Do they really care about what you feel or want to say? Just imagine Obj or Jona.. Behind the wheels. Wait a minute, did i hear someone say we dont even have an efficient or organized Transport system? |
Negativities that have been attributed to Islam has nothing to do with the religion but the cultural habits and believe of the people..this explains why a core nothern muslim mite hate christians while a southern muslim embraces and accommodates them. I ve met rather decent, tolerant and wonderful muslims some of whom we still remain best of friends till date. Every religion is plagued by cultural sentiments or how do we explain the acceptance of gay marriages in the west and its rejection among African christians. Islam is a religion started in the middle east but meant for the whole world. Judge by what the Prophet(SAW) preached and practiced not by what some of his followers have decided to propagate! It is well. |
Wonder what they thot they were doing while at it. Pure case of sexual harrassment by the older and more sexually mature female. |

omonnakoda: Typical arrogance of the ignorant and unexposed Nigerian Doctor !Many people go to Hospital and have nothing to do with doctors; Immunization,Antenatal clinics,Physiotherapy,Speech Therapy,Psychology,Counselling,Occupational therapy the list goes on. Doctors are agitating for the government to pay for their training .Why should government do this ? Do they pay for training for pilots, engineers, accountant?,Bankers lawyers etc. Is there any obligation after the training for the doctors to serve the government ? The answer is a big NO!!The doctors in training NARD are paid salaries which together with on call allowances make them the highest paid government employees. They are the ones that should pay government for their training!!,There is a big need for reorientation and proper enlightenment of people of your specie. Its only in Nigeria that you find patients visiting physiotherapists, pharmacists etc without proper refferal from a qualified Doctor. Pls and pls stop misinforming the public! Thanks. |
progressives huh!!!....u r just an alliterate...u.need.good/better education
"ALLITERATE" Res ipsa loquitur......the fact speaks for itself! ![]() |
in the health sector, who receives as much salary as you do..yet you wont allw other professions agitate...you want more...you strike. because you know the helpless patient will suffer...God will judge you all who champion and support strike at every slightest provocation...if police goes on strike...wont u suffer, but they dont because they undstnd the importance of their job...the question is do you?
Its obvious this young man is one of the support staff in the hospital who blindly disagree with any agitation by the progressives to move the health system/hospital forward. All patients come to the hospital to see the doctor, all hand must therefore be on deck to make this a comfortable experience for both parties. Nice post nas00. Kudos NARD! |
I really love what you're doing.pls keep it up.cos the sky is your starting point |
Guy, u can be remobilized as many times as u re willing to serve. Medical graduates do dat often. Kabish! |
Well, I will only believe the pulmonary embolism story if an autopsy has been performed-long haul flight and probable use of OCP supports this, I however strongly feel she had a ruptured berry aneurism given the history of severe headache just before her death. Pls feel free to disagree. |
Pictures pls! |
