In 2020? This country is a total joke. When you appoint Minister of Aviation, they are to Identify ways of improving service delivery and facilities upgrade within such ministries. But no, it is how to pad budget and rigmarole with Senators on what project they can inflate to cash out. The absurdity of appointees in Nigeria is further downplayed by the sort of human we have as President. The President is not in control of any aspect of the country. Nigeria is on auto-pilot. You can imagine Adesina claiming responsibility the other day for not including the Lekki Massacre in the President’s address. This is 2020 for damn sake, why should “dusty” weather prevent a plane from landing successfully. Pilots in saner climes can afford to shut their eyes now when approaching the airport due to the advancement of technology beyond the archaic manual calibrations of landing coordinates still deployed in Nigeria. Naija, which way? Only violent rejection of these ruling class may send the right signals to these old and corrupt elites that the youths are tired of this maladministration! |
This is preposterous |
No way! |
Irritants! |
thewatcher2020:Most people don't understand how this sh.iit works. The black man is constantly under constant ridicule in the west through the media and everyday white people. Even the Indians, the Asians, the Arabs all hate the black man. The first thing majority of black folks wanna do once their bread align is to breed with people who'd give them offsprings who look nothing like them. Ask Serena, Ask Reggie Bush etc. You've said it all, the only reason is self hate is the core reason for most Black Athletes. "LOVE IS LOVE" always championed by the perpetually weaker race. Most Blacks are nothing but naive babies! |
JastSiryin:I think you sir, are the inferior one here. Let me school you on what that poster implied. Your refusal to breed with your own kind as a black person (man or woman) indicates a higher level of insecurity/inferiority about yourself. Racism can never go away till blacks adopt the style of the whites in the battle for race survival. You don't tell someone to slow his roll just so you can catch up simply because "we are all humans". It is a welcome development to me whenever some bold whites come out to clear the doubt of naive folks like you who screams "LOVE IS LOVE" non.sen.se just to hide from the daily struggles of black folks around the world. Lol, the poster above is known to me, he is a thoroughbred aristocrat by every standard. I see that some of you think you can just name call people shamelessly and mislead unlearned folks from your tainted perspectives. "Coveted by all men" Lol. Black men need to assume position of power and when they do, they need to increasingly show the future generations the need to grow black and stay black (marriage, institution etc). There is no need to navigate the murky water of insults with you. Proceed with your ignorance of "LOVE IS LOVE" because you simply do not understand the power dynamics of the world. |
ukaface:Exactly, its mutual! Racism persists because black folks are afraid to treat white folks how white folks treat black folks! White people done said worse things and are still saying worst till date. The problem is that Blacks like the Gypsy are afraid to give back to white folks what they steady dish to black folks everyday in every manner through personal and social interactions / media propaganda and all that! That said, I dont care if they call black people monkey anymore. I have had my decent fair share of all white/pale skin ladies from ALL continents of the world and I can tell you this: IF YOU CAN SLEEP WITH A WHITE PERSON, THEN YOU CAN SLEEP WITH PIGS! Their skin, Jizzz! I am not afraid of being termed a racist or whatever. Go to their forums or even neutral forums like TMZ and see how they bash blacks for no damn reason! So miss me with that bulls.hitt of "what if a white person..." Middle finger to whatever they may say or have said! I and presumably people like Ukaface can never and shall never give a single f.uck on whatever opinion of us they got and we advise them not to GAF 'bout ours too! My 2cents and a dime please. I come in peace! |
thewatcher2020:' Excellent take! This was my exact position when Dangote started his refinery project too. Nigerians always looking for quick-fix out of their misery. Refineries, to make the investors richer definitely. The purchasing power of the plebs stays static and you have people with antagonistic response to your post. Its insane that many Nigerians are actually too poor to think. Poverty is worse than cancer TBH. Thanks for your intelligent and succinctly delivered mini-lecture. |
iammo:Poverty is definitely having you on a chokehold at the moment boy. I believe if you have lived in top continents of the world, have a beer or two while on a first name basis with someone like James Packer in Barangaroo while discussing more futuristic-investment initiatives, you wouldn't type to me with those leprosy-infested fingers of yours. Now back to the part of your submission where you sound less ret.arded, An FDI or private investment -no matter its connotations can be channeled to a more purposeful course if the policy makers of the country are actually in tune with what is obtainable in the international sphere. These investments like you FOOLISHLY presented, are profit making ventures for the Saudi government and Dangote without meaningful impact on the typical Nigerian like you. I bet you are some local idiiot in some ramshackle housing precinct typing shit to me living in one of the most expensive postcode in the world -not as a tenant but as a Landlord. PS- Your country Nigeria is a joke. Your former minister of petroleum with "cancer" just sold an apartment here and cashed out while you guys foolishly talk about people "hating" the country. The ministry of petroleum in Nigeria just like every other ministry filled with bunch of rag tag idiiots with ministers always there to serve personal purpose thereby allowing imbeciles like you to talk shit off the junks you read from your local news and media without an international outlook. Boy, you are forever foolish! |
iammo:Sir, with all due disrespect, I think you are more of a jobless dunce than those talking about fossil fuels. Hatred for Nigeria? Please hide your stupidity you moronic dingbat. Those guys are probably asking the government not to focus entirely on same old energy source and generation. It is possible for Nigeria to lead a groundbreaking research to reduce global dependency on those bye-products you mentioned above. You e-diots just rush to the internet to castigate others without thinking twice of the foolishness you are about to spew from your rustic windows computer just to make an attempt at being smart. Please, please, upgrade your comprehension skills and challenge arguments with more superior arguments and don't act like some unpaid nuisance on the internet! Two cents yeah? Stupii.d! |
omoowhe:You're welcome chief! |
realmindz:Gradually yeah. The crop of youths out there now are worse off than the generations prior. While talking to some youths in here after work on Friday at the office that they'd end up in hell if they don't go to church, they laughed at me -although I was unknowingly clowning them. One actually told me that, what if the Chinese colonized my country, I'd be a buddhist yeah? I couldnt respond to that although its a fact. Africa is long gone. We need real youths to bring back the lost glory of this great continent. It must surely come at a cost -we shouldn't care whose ox is gored at this moment. We shall need to expunge amongst us, the clogs in the wheel of our progress to greatness even if it meant they are families! |
ranting:You sound more carnal. I reside in a country where no one within the age of 16-59 attend any church, and it's a nation founded by Christians. One of the most successful nations in the world. Australia. Nigerians are fighting everyday tooth and nail to get a visa to visit this country. The only people you see in the church? Very old men and women in their 70's trying to make it to "heaven" if at all it exists. Now where are the youths? They are busy socializing with their wives and kids having a more quality family time after a fruitful week. Church going on sundays for most Nigerians is now a ritual and nothing more. It no longer serve whatever purpose it was intended for. How do you explain the extents people go just to "dress up" to go worship? Now, this youth is talking about Halleluyah challenge, the earlier you guys channeled your energy towards better challenges that can enhance your conditions in that hell-hole country, the better for you. Look at your pastors building the largest church auditoriums in the world? Whatever happened to building the largest chemistry laboratory in the world? oh, the black man can't think! You sir, are a mentally incapacitated sluggard for terming my submissions carnal. |
This is insane! Can the Nigerian youth just quit with this religious bullshittz? The youths should challenge themselves towards more innovative feats annually and create better opportunities for growth and advancements. The youths should seek avenues to come together to continuously challenge the leadership situation in the country and educate themselves by sharing knowledge on how to improve their current devastating conditions. The 2019 election is around the corner, I don't see sane youths in saner nations discussing how to stay awake throughout midnights to pray ceaselessly for some heavenly breakthrough without putting the required homework. We are just a bunch of religious i.diots as Nigerians -Christianity and Islam should take the back seat and let us challenge ourselves on intellectual lines to see how we can chart a better course for the future of our sh.ithole nations -Africa, Nigeria precisely! If Nigerian youths and professionals of christian extracts gather together nationwide every Sunday to discuss more meaningful issues on nation building and Muslim youths do the same on Fridays consistently for 5-10 years, trust me, results must be seen. You guys go to Saudi Arabia, y'all get discriminated against because you're blacks. Same blacks go to Israel as pilgrims and watch discrimination against blacks in those countries as "black jews" (Ethiopians). Africans are mad! Why spend your money and your time to continue to uphold the tradition of your oppressors at the detriment of your own physical, mental and emotional emancipation? |
Lol |
This is absolutely true. Lol. Just seeing this now. Care to hear this short story? Physical stress is NOTHING when compared to mental stress. I quit a very good paying job today because waking up every morning became a nightmare. It's nothing to worry about in this life. You have just one, why drain yourself of your mental worth chasing that which never satisfies your existence? I woke up to my alarm and felt "bad" for waking up because I was headed to an office where I'd get hounded from 9-5 and go back home tired to sleep again and wake up to the same alarm. My mental life was grossly deteriorating and I couldn't take it anymore, I covered my whole body under my duvet and typed my resignation mail but hesitated to hit the "send" button for 2 seconds and I went "F.Uc.CK IT" I hit it and turned to catch a better sleep which never came actually because my entire mind and soul wandered into the uncertainty presented by my new future. I'm awake now very happy knowing that I wouldn't be waking up tomorrow morning angry and sad like the case for the past 11 months. What does this hold for me? I'd LIVE for the next three months to get my life back. It wasn't handed to me by any man in the first place so that's my solace -GETTING MY LIFE BACK. Yeah I'd need to move out of this expensive high-rise apartment to look for another granny flat in the suburbs. Yeah something's gotta give. I envisaged a whole lot of lifestyle adjustment but like I see it now, it's a phase and it must SURELY pass. NEVER neglect your mental health for any reason(s) whatsoever. With physical stress, the pain could be eased with a couple of high milligrams of painkillers here and there. With mental stress, the scars are unseen and they never heal, you can only reduce your exposure to the toxicity that inflames it by walking away from conditions/situations/occasions that triggers such disorder. The most powerful tool you have as human is to WALK AWAY. This option is highly underestimated in our daily lives. USE IT WHEN YOU CAN, IT IS A SUPERPOWER! |
einsteino:EXACTLY! The Nigerian educational system as championed by the proponents of "my school doesn't give first class anyhow" is nothing but a serious existential threat to the future of unborn scholars. |
The National Universities Commission in Nigeria should step up its acts. What on earth are they regulating when clerical blunders like this becomes a regular occurrence without appropriate sanctions on such institutions? There is need for Universities to ensure that the results and certficates of graduating students are treated with optimal diligence before issuance. This is a national disgrace. Universities in Nigeria are just structures of mediocre compositions headed by foreign trained professors who have repeatedly failed to infuse their western-acquired knowledge into resuscitating our citadels of learning! |
LMAO, strong man "I didn't know the Judge was inside the car" LMFAO, if the judge wasn't inside the car nko? LMAO |
Lol |

FabioPeter:It's exhausting trying to kick this point into the thick skulls of these people! Please stop at B.Sc if "hustle" is all you ever want to do. Please don't come here with the rhetoric of "Oooh, it's just for the time being" People do this shit till their 40's their most productive years! |
FabioPeter:The fact that nobody is on the same reasoning level like you on the comments thus far is the reason why I think there is something fundamentally wrong with Nigerians. "You built a house in Nigeria". What sort of baseless and illogical perspective these people got, gosh! "However, you are capable of functioning at a higher level, at least that's what your degree suggests." That is all, you've said it all!!! |
vhickky:"Sight-seeing and vacation" -Now that's life! You are absolutely correct! I just hate it, as in hate hate hate it when people think that money is all there is to life! It seems you've lived abroad before from the comment :people that loves me" -NOTHING ON EARTH BEATS THIS FEELING! I see these so-called "money-making" menial job workers everyday talking about shifts upon shifts even after obtaining Education from their host countries. Isn't it crazy you'd go to school to spend some thousands of dollars and refuse to work with your certificate where your mental skills could be utilized for the benefit of mankind? #Smh. |
ayodele234:Lol. Nigerians hate facts. I don't know of the 95% figure tho but it's very true to state that most of the Nigerians abroad (75%) are into these menial jobs for the sake of monetary benefits to "build" house, buy cars, send money back home because that's all there is to life! Nigerians are the most deluded people in the world, how on earth do they justify a Masters holder cleaning toilets because "Oyinbos" are doing it too? Its sad! If truth be told here, yes, it is good to do that which you can -to survive, but if that's the basis of your existence that is "to be able to pay your bills", I think there is urgent need for such persons to re-evaluate the ramifications for their existence! |
This is the problem with the black race. You have got to be "something" for you to be seen as human but the typical Jeff or Steve out there is simply not bothered about any life goals beyond what he ordinarily would aspire for YET never disrespected by the society. It is ok to be black and not aspire for any phenomenal success or outstanding feat, yes but the western world influenced the entire world to spill hatred against the dark skin wherever they are sighted. Such a shame. We all can't be Rappers, Models, Basketballers, Athletes, Hip Hop Impresarios and all sorts of extraordinary aspirations which we ordinarily wouldn't care for. The white race conquered the psyche of the entire world already and there is little or nothing we can do about it. His story should not and can't be a template to inspire a black child who has opted for the simple life just like any average white child can. I love the simple life irrespective of what some of my folks perceive as achievement on my part... I sometimes ask myself the simple question "Are you really cut out for all these"? Someday, I'd help the black child realize that it's ok to be human and not wanting much beyond the ordinary. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A MODEL TO BE COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN! Peace! |
LMFAO. The reason for the strike is obvious!!! They can no longer keep the "change" as usual. They'd frustrate you because of N30 change and you're bound to leave the money once you can't find someone to pair with! I was told by some girl back in Lagos that her friend makes at least N2,000 daily from the vexed customers leaving change behind. Now lets do the maths--> #70 -> #100 ( Passenger with N100, "Oga no N10 change, take this N20" Passenger loses N10) #120 -> #200, (Passenger with N150 "Oga add N10 join am make I give you N40 or take this N20" Passenger loses N10) #195 -> #300 (Here, all passengers must lose N5 change) LMAO. |
NIA is not a REGULATORY BODY. It is an association of Architects. Association of individuals with common interest to seek the well-being and mutual knowledge dissemination/sharing of its MEMBERS through organizing of conferences, symposiums and lecture series etc. -the keyword here is Members. On the other hand ARCON is the REGULATORY body for the profession saddled with the responsibility of regulating the practice of the profession and granting of licences to graduates of architectural schools to practice the profession of architecture as ARCHITECTS. Hence an Architect certified as an Architect by ARCON is at liberty to ignore membership of NIA or join the association if he/she so wishes. |
AreaFada2:LMAO. Please read my post very well. I said "those ones didn't just loot the nation silly, they ran the nation aground forever" . That is, the looting of IBB, Abacha and the rest was on an extreme scale beyond human comprehension. |
AreaFada2:There is no cry baby double standard here. I only responded to the immediate connection to the subject post. However, every other persons you mentioned didn't just loot the nation silly, those greedy b.astards plunged that country into an irredeemable unfortunate state! I support 100%, the solution proposed by you with respect to defragmentation of the existing cesspit called Nigeria where a Danjuma is a billionaire without any visible means of livelihood except for the oil present in the backyard of the Niger Deltans who are suffering despite accounting for everything that makes Nigeria to be considered a country outside this country! |
Diezani wrecked Nigeria silly! |
"You emerged the best graduating student despite having the second highest cumulative grade point average of your set. What qualified you for the honour? There were other criteria taken into consideration, such as leadership skills, spirituality and community service. I was a leader in church and although there were no specific projects in these areas, my service in church and citizenship grade were considered." If this isn't madness, please don't call those patients at psychiatric hospital "mad people". Both Babcock, the recipient, the spiritual metric are all crazy people! Why not award her separately for her spirituality? This is the peak of absurdity, someone worked hard to attain a first position, simply because he or she wasn't spiritual enough, they are denied their victory? You people make religion a very unpleasant thing to hear! What a ridiculous response! |
