Not surprised it happened to Arik. Customers are made to go through all stress, no proper apology. they look all powerful. since they have most African routes, there is basically nothing you can do. Most flights, especially those with less competition, I have been delayed severally. we even planned suing them. they leave luggage behind, and all other unprofessional actions. Abv-los-abv got less stress because of the alternatives. its bad it came to this, but ain't surprised.
