Offpoint:Yea, they are likely to go through the line used to demand ransom. The kidnapper must have been careless to use the line to call maybe his girlfriend or sister sometime ago. From there they can trace the girlfriend or bank account if registered with bank. As per tracking, I think telcoys help them with info about masts location involved in calls. Again, i think they have small tracking device. At any rate, most criminals arent smart. If they were, they would likely escape. |
