fredabrown:Please explain how they will develop it? Are they the government? |
divinehand2003:Don't even annoy me. Come back and develop what? The Nigerians abroad are they the solution to Nigerias failed government? If the Nigerians abroad come back, what will change ? Tell me Please and elaborate with lucid facts. The Nigerians at home haven't fixed the country , you are waiting on the ones abroad. Continue waiting. Talking without critical thinking. Analyze your thoughts thoroughly before you write and speak. Someone said America needs "petrol" to survive , just incase you don't know America has lots of oil, infact they boast of the biggest oil reserve in the world , so wake up from that slumber of yours. Look at India the dollar is $70 to 1 Indian rupee and they don't have oil. If we haven't realized that we allowed greedy and ruthless Nigerians to destroy our beloved country then we are looking in the direction of the truth. Our money has become worthless. |
eatwell423:Yes bro, I have. Thanks. |
vibrant99:Vibrant don't be a hypocrite , bigotry won't get you anywhere. If you don't like be corrected then don't correct Someonelse. You pointed a finger at someone while all 4 pointed back at you. Djmakson tried to make you understand that but I guess you are to young to learn. You aren't better than anyone here , even if you are we all in this forum don't give hoot! I know your type, I have experienced people like you ergo I hope you change , unless you are only doing this because you are behind a screen. Have some level self respect, respect others so you can be respected. If you want be an English teacher apply to your local high school because we definitely don't need any in this forum. Now back to visas and transcripts. All those attempting for a visa tomorrow let my testimony be yours amen. |

benjaminiyke:Thanks for the contribution. My point exactly! I am sure a few people understands this. Always have a plan B. I wasn't successful abroad , I made my bread right here! I already have an MSc. I am going for the second. |
eatwell423:Thanks for the reply but "it does matter attitude"? Everything matters until one stops breathing, if it didn't matter ,I wont be on this thread digging up useful & reasonable advice. No,one said a visa is a right and I know it doesn't make you admissible on entry. Its also not a do or die affair for some people (me). A refusal only deters your course or plan but doesn't take it away. Anyways, I would agree to some extent you are correct, I chose it because it didn't require GRE doesn't mean I didn't apply to others that required a GRE score. I was awarded a $3000 scholarship ,well, I was grateful, I didn't expect it. I thought Uni of Bridgeport is a better school than most? I took neither TOEFL nor IELTS nor GRE. However, I submitted my BSc. from a British University with second class upper honors to merit that scholarship I think. Maybe I'll write the GRE then. |
DeeTus:No, I took neither TOEFL nor IELTS. However, submitted my BSc. from a British University with second class upper honors to University of Bridgeport, I think the appraisement was concluded based on that. I really don't know. What do you advice. |
I don't have GRE my University didn't require a GRE test for Msc. Computer science. If the VO asks? |
eatwell423:I did tell her why I went to Iran when she asked me then she said "I'm not denying you a visa neither am I issuing you one at the moment, I will let you know when I'm ready to issue it" then she put me under AP and called me 2 months later to pick the visa up. Anyways, I will go there for the students visa and see what they'll tell me this time. |
DeeTus:That's ok. Thanks for your kind response. Well, in the second interview for the visiting visa application, I explained to the lady what happened ,I guess she was too busy typing away either pretending to listen or actually listened. She still refused me after my wife's whereabouts and why she wasn't travelling with me became her point of concern. My marriage and job I believe is enough, in retrospect across the years when it comes to home ties. In the end I will go there and see what happens. |
slimmy05:Thank you for your sincere response. However, I do believe it was because of the late submission. Now, events leading to being placed under admin processing was because I had an Iranian visa on my passport and also a Dubai residency visa as well which the lady was very concerned about what I went to Iran to do, in fact she didn't ask further questions about the application but seemed worried why I visited Iran. In the end she did grant me the visa but I couldn't submit my passport at the time then did later and whom ever that was supposed to issue it refused to re-issue perhaps at this point , my reluctance to submit it casted doubt. Second application which was the visiting visa was refused , even after I explained to the lady I was issued a visa previously but was refused when I submitted my passport and it was because I was working, then she asked "where is your wife" , I answered "at work" , she asked "why isn't she travelling with you" and I said to her "she isn't on leave until the end of the year but I am" and she refused me the visa, I haven't gone back there since then. |
f8luv87:Request the tracking number from the school dear. |
DeeTus:Alright? I thought you were going to comment on my previous question hence you asked the name of the Uni? |
DeeTus:It's University of Bridgeport bro. |

Although its not a Ferrari but still this men are wicked. This man called David Mark one day will experience the wrath of Gods anger. Nigeria is on the brink of Civil war, it's imminent that there will be huge chaos in this country the way things are going. My friend once said to me when I said Nigeria needs to be liberated, he asked "How will we do it?" And I said to him "When the oppressed and the pleased with a concience come together as 1". Its clearly obvious that these ppl don't care abt the youths. I am still weeping for the students that lost their lives in Nassarawa state uni. Students protesting peacfully were shot by the Nigerian Army and nothing was said or done. No one is safe anymore in this country if Soilders can shoot to kill unarmed citizens of this country.

I really don't want to think this is true. I am still searching for a true fact abt this story. This is the same Senate president that said GSM phones are not for the poor. No comment until I find this story true. |
brokoto: I don't believe it. If it takes each guy 5 mins to come then 5*919 is still more than 24 hrs. Even if its an orgy of 5 men each at 5 minutes intervals it still won't fit. How was it done biko?as long as its in then out it counts even if its half a second. So its very possible. Stop doing further mathematics on the stated possibility and use your brains to find the cure for cancer. |
optimus-prime1:Men bro,I got my passport back last week thrusday and these people refused me the visa on 214(b)basis after approving it o! They said todays decision cant be appealed (like I was going to appeal before)Smh. Telling me no social, economic and family ties outside the states.... Whats wrong with these people? My interview that was succesful.. What could have gone wrong? They called me to come and get the visa, I delayed in submitting my passport for one month , I was on a primary assignment in Niger delta.. Infact, I am going back there in 2 weeks I need to ask any CO I meet there why the visa was issued and later refused because I am startled and confused. I just need them to tell me why they will approve an aliens visa and later revoke it. They wanna chop my 100dols.. ![]() |
adegokeadekola: @ spiddy, thanks men. but the girl is still in Nigeria, she couldn't go alone cos of what happened. I mean she couldn't go for interview at the embassySo start the process and set yourselves free. Get divorce papers present it to the VO as you are claiming to know her but you both are divorced then show evidence. |
adegokeadekola: Hi Everyone,Bro as long as its your picture and name that comes up there on their system there is no lie that would convince this people that you are genuinely seeking entry into the U.S and return home to your country. However, you can say you knew this girl and both of you were married but divorced , you might need to tender divorce papers and all and contact the girl because they will contact her to be sure when they put you on admin processing, they will make sure you aren't trying to go and meet her over there. Men I dunno but dont just lie to them again. Wish you luck. That being said, somebody answer my own question naow. |
My interview was on the 14th of Nov for a B1/B2 visa and I was placed under admin processing. I finally got a call on the 11th of Jan to submitt my passport that my visa has been approved but I couldn't send in my passport as I was busy with work and also applied for a visa to Hungary. The Hungarian embassy with held my passport from 19th of Dec and finally sent it back to me on the 8th of Feb after battling with them.I missed the conference for which I applied for for the U.S visa but then I still submitted my passport to the U.S consulate on the 11th of Feb for the stamping and was asked to come and get it on the 14th of Feb but I went and it wasn't ready I tried to track it on the passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com but it says "there is no update for the passport number submitted". So I found out I could check it on https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status . Which I did and found out it was on Admin processing again. I am wondering why it has gone back to Admin Processing again. I thought I was cleared for a visa? Now I'm startled and confused. Has this happened to anyone? Delay in submitting of passports? Please advice. Thank you. |
Very Genuine no cause fir panick. |

Spidyy: Yes it will be meaningless and disrespectful because the Late Dim Ojukwu (R.I.P) fought for Biafra, he fought for the Igbo people (Biafrans) not "Nigerians" thus putting his face on that 5000 naira note will definately not be acceptable we don't want his face on any Nigerian currency but we want Biafra and his face on all notes if possible.I pity the yourba people. SHAME!! Hide your faces in btw your asses. |
