What I have is in Bayelsa and it would be most suited for someone with whose background is Electrical (at least engineering). It gives the person opportunity to make very little earning and, IMPORTANTLY, get some on-field experience.

You could go for NAPIMS, LIMS or NPDC; in no particular order.

The recruitment has been suspended, no one knows whether it will continue or not. Oct/Nov is not feasible.

I hear something will happen on "Independence Day." I have not been able to verify from any source but I pray it happens.

Don't Ask me for any clarification because I am not sure of anything. I only hope that it is true.

By the way, the Martin Abanobi guy that was President of NNPC GT for 2012 set has left NNPC. Now in Gazprom, the Russian oil company according to LinkedIn.

Perhaps he moved from Nigaz, which is a joint venture bet Gazprom / Int BV and NNPC.
