Even with the war their is no country in Africa that can compare to Ukraine in terms of Economy,industralization,Infastructure, If any pls name it.

economy, industralizations, infastructure all from the soviet era, no different to many African countries with a legacy from the colonial era in terms of economy, industralizations, infastructure. The country has regressed from what it was under the soviet empire, the other former soviet republics were lucky to get EU membership, they'd be no different to Ukraine.

According to Buhari — the onetime military leader who beat out former President Goodluck Jonathan in March and took over the presidency in May — Dasuki awarded “phantom contracts” to buy a dozen helicopters, four fighter jets, bombs, and ammunition. None of the equipment or weapons were ever supplied to the military, and he said Dasuki pocketed the money.
Dasuki, the official who arrested Buhari when he was overthrown in a coup the first time he led Nigeria in 1985, has denied all charges.
J. Peter Pham, director of the Africa Center at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C., said Wednesday that “there is personal history between the two men.”
For Dasuki to have stolen $2 billion out of a relatively small defense budget would be “getting into an unconscionable amount of corruption,” Pham said.
“I’m not saying that means Sambo Dasuki is innocent, but I don’t believe in coincidences either,” he said.
Two billion dollars may sound like a lot, and for a defense budget of just $6 billion a year, it is.

You claim to have read Flynn's books, but posted a ravens matrices test to counter someone claiming that IQ test results are influenced by a person's cultural environment, while that was the conclusion of Flynn in his books. You're either lying and didn't read his books, or you have a low IQ, therefore couldn't understand much of what he wrote.

Check the many grammatical errors in your posts, a sign of low IQ.

What you are talking about is the flynn effect. As the GDP and wealth of a country increases so does the IQ every generation. This is an invariable fact that has been seen in every nation.

Yet, when we look at African Americans in the United States, the richest nation on earth, we see an IQ that is still 15 points lower than the white. Some will say this is because of racism etc, but if this is the case, why do African immigrants succeed in The United States, why do Indians, Asians and other ethnic groups? In the case of Africans its because the portion of us that comes to the United States is the creme of the population, in the case of Asians/Indians they come from a population that is simply higher IQ (on average) than American blacks.

So while the flynn effect is true, it doesn't explain away the obvious intellectual deficiencies in black people.

I've made my point, those so called culture fair tests have been found to be the most influenced by the environment. My link isn't opinion about the subject, its a summary of research done by intelligence researcher prof James Flynn. If you're not pleased with the guy I linked to, you should get Flynn's book

Well nature has already provided the solution, HIV. As you've stated people with HIV are on average less intelligent therefore they die and are less fertile. The worse the HIV problem a country has the more eugenic selection takes place.

Hunter gatheres were far more healthy than settled people until recently, the only disadvatage they had was lack of immunity from the viruses carried by diseased settled people and their low population numbers.
