trust101: Yeah just the bulb is whats needed to be change to 220 volts as ours is 110 volts.Thanks. That sounds good to me. You must have paid a lot shipping those stuff to naija |
trust101: mufutau55Vanity Combo is sweet.flooranddecoroutlets.com is doing like 40% off on them now. |
@Trust, I bought all my lights here.I was told we only need to change the bulb to 240Volt bulb (which I ordered those in the UK) and not wire. Do you have any experience in this regard? |
trust101: WHAT ABOUT NOW DO YOU HAVE A CLEAR PICTURE OF HOW IS BEEN INSTALLED NOW?Yes oo. Thank you so much. I can now buy toilet of my choice. I will even forward to engineer to ask the plumber he is using. Really appreciate this.Forward ever my man. |
ohhhh. Thanks Trust. I just saw your detailed reply at the top. Ama buy myself the toilet. Will stop by home depot today. |
Thanks Trust101. So you mean I should go ahead and buy the American toilet and our Naija plumbers will fix them. or I should buy the type you are holding (or it is still the same american style)? I have actually seen american toilets been used in Nigeria which means our plumber should be able to make things happen. |
trust101: You're welcome sir. Good to know it helped. Shared container, yes it wasn't easy to ship but i just like be save. Okay sir.God will surely provide for you to finished what He Has started.About the toilet, sinks and other yes i bought them from Home depot too and I'll check for the pictures later.I was told by a Builder in the US that american toilets are different from the one in Naija. If that is the case, I have seen some toilets that look like PORSCHE and MASERATI at home depot, I will buy and ship them for my project. @Trust, is that true.? Which type of toilets did you buy? |
Nice. |
Even Abijo GRA is taking longer to develop. Government estate has potential but development will be slow due to speculators. The staff bought those land like 50% off compare to the public and this afford them to buy more for hoarding. There so many developed parts in Phase 2 now. |
Nice write up. I hope something like this makes Front page other than Tonto Dike |
selna: we have 20 hectres of land with c of o for sale at 2.5million per plotIn ghana? |
Billyonaire: It can be vice-versa. Kids learn by induction. The immediate environment of the kid determines how he well kids turn out. I am in your shoes. |
Jastombutex11: Is it a must for u to comment..... Why display your stupidity when no one wants to listen to your trash. If u can't comment constructively then never mind the post. Look through yourself to see how hopeless and clueless u are ....Another good for nothing boy on Nairaland that attributes their failures to family problems. Oloriburuku. |
jaystunt: I am the first born in a family of 6 but I hardly ever get the honour or respect that a first born is entitled to.Stupid story. You are jealous. You are also a year older than your brother and what kind of respect do you need? I think I can relate with your story because I have a fuccking jealous brother like you that cry and moans like this. What you dont even know is that your Father loves you equally. Another option is you can go ask your mother if he is truly your father (You never know if Mama waka some where or then adopt you - since you are first born). |
If you read my earlier comment, I did say that there's crime everywhere, whether US, Europe, Nigeria etc, except may be North Korea. But crime dey grade by grade. You will be the biggest fool to say that Nigeria is very safe, and also to say that crime rate in Nigeria is comparable to that of the western world. Na proper lie. There is no basis whatsoever for the comparison. Nigeria is far worse, and there is no active enforcement of laws in Nigeria. Now, talking about the US in particular, I still live in nyc, and I can tell you that most people do go to bed in the night without any fear of being invaded in the dead of the night. Most people still cruise about in their cars on the road at any time of the day without being hijacked on the way. And when you have any security issue that threatens your life and you call 911, the police will be there within minutes. Crimes are actively investigated and culprits brought to book. Can you say that about Nigeria? I know that many people do carry guns in the States, but one thing that I have found out is that, if you mind your business and try to avoid them, you will live there for years without having even a near experience with violence. But when you start dealing and mixing up with them or chasing their women or engaging in criminal activities especially drugs, then and only then will you be a target. Western nations have their challenges when it comes to security, but you must be out of your mind to compare those challenges with that of Nigeria. It is like comparing sleep and death.
Dont mind the Rossik guy, he dey live for hood in the US in a cheap apartment. Why den no go carry gun come meet am. |
payless: I live in North Carolina. It is not easy anywhere in the U.S either. I paid $238 for gas and $79 dollars for elecricity for the month of March alone. Some times, I pay more than that. Water is $17 per month. If you want to live well, you have to pay well. That is the difference when compared to Nigeria. It is just not easy paying all these bills whether you are in Britain or U.S. What about day care for two kids? Add $230X2 per week for two kids.Funny. |
Do you owe estate fees on the land and how much? If I am buying, I will verify this and the seller will be responsible for it. Hope to hear from you. |

What are the amenities in the estate? |
bookface: No answer to my question?I dont no the essence of advertising if he cannot answer a simple question. |
No picture, No Price. You are not making sense. |

ugochukwumaduka: Who makes up a country..is it not d same group of people.dude y re u pple arguing in a very silly manner.I don't dispute d fact dt d US military strength is d best in d world...am I disputing comments by pple on how they use dt strength.just because you know how to kill somebody doesn't mean you will do it for knowing sakes...for dem to engage in conflicts, dey must have justifications approved by der congress and dos justifications don't include going to wipe out an entire populace for whatever reason....get d gist.a lot of you are thinking so narrow mindedly, limiting urselfs to their tech abilities and not d broader picture of socio-economic and political ramifications to warfare....wen osama bombed WTC, y didn't bush go and wipe out saudi arabia since osama is frm der...y didn't he wipe out afganistan since they supported and housed him.Okay. no more talk. Alqeada is a country. Boko Haram will be a country soon. |
ugochukwumaduka: Dude it stil depends on whose terrain the battle is fought.without a doubt, d US has a very powerful force with advanced weapons but dat dosnt change the fact that ders is an extent to which it can deploy such force to a conventional conflict. will they annihilate China n wipe them off the face of the earth? No they will not and can not do dat no matter how great their force is.afganistan wz controlled by d taliban and actively supported alqeada,d citizens re hostile to d US cause, y didn't they just wipe out d country and b done with them. You have no point at all. Think before you type. War in Afghanistan is against a group of people and not a country. Nobody will be spared when it comes to country and there will be no issue of collateral damages. I hope you are watching military channels very well. The US congress and Obama stopped the production of more F-35 fighters jet(F-25 has not even been in any combat operation yet) because they say The Enemy To Use Them For (F-35) Does Not Exist. US of A are miles ahead. |
hotwax: They are talking about world largest. It doesnt mean world super power. This is B53 Nuclear head while the carrier is B52 Bomber. For your benefit, yoruba people call it ADO OLORO. I need other translation. https://media.npr.org/assets/img/2011/10/28/b53_bomb_wide-631ae1698567f9e9e2c986790c7e05b0ca75b40d-s4.jpg |
Of course China has to be the first because no country dares to interfere in their matter and their security is the best in the world.
Keep on deceiving yourself. |
