Travel / Re: China’s Biggest Ever Aircraft Carrier In Pictures by Sprumbaba: 6:43pm On Jul 31
Wow... It has a catapult system unlike the Short Take Off But Arrested Recovery (STOBAR) they have been using. China would be the third country to make use of catapult launch on aircraft carrier after U.S. and France. China to the world. shocked

Knowledgeable man. Many folks will not understand what you stated above. Couple with the fact that F 35 can make a vertical take off.

Politics / Re: "Nnamdi Kanu Is Another Saviour" Sowore And Others Sing At Court by Sprumbaba: 12:49am On Jul 30
Sahara TV posted this video of Nnamdi Kanu supporters singing that he is a saviour, with Sowore, founder of Sahara reporters, in their midst:

Nnamdi Kanu is not a saviour but he deserves a fair trial. Everyone does. However, the unity of Nigeria is non-negotiable.

Not saviour for you. You are not different from Nigerian politicians. When they are comfortable, they do not care about others.

Career / Re: Dairy Of A Web Designer by Sprumbaba: 12:06am On Jul 29

Get out is not a professional language.

You as a recruiter should desist from using it.

The guy said something wrong albeit professionally, he should be told to get out professionally.

Lol. You will be okay. Get out professionally.
Career / Re: Dairy Of A Web Designer by Sprumbaba: 2:18pm On Jul 28
Hi, you were wrong! The fact that you told them the applications you used does not mean that they will or they can do it like you would. Let me give you an instance here right now OK. I used Figma, html5, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver CS5, CSS and Bootstrap to design the website. What did this take away from me after telling you just now? Job seekers, you guys will just be turning an easy task to another complex issue. Well, I believe you're still young sá. All the best.

I hire too. If he tells me that, I will tell him to get out as well. Even me, I show potential clients application backend that belongs to another to get a job.

how's Buhari tormenting me. I got super rich during his tenure that I don't have to work anymore

That is the problem. Because you are rich does not mean everyone is rich. This is the same way our leaders forget the people they are supposed to serve because they are now comfortable.

Furthermore, being rich is subjective. How much are you worth in $$$ (Bank account plus assets)?
Nairaland / General / Re: See The Big Snake Kill On My Site. by Sprumbaba: 7:15pm On Jul 22
Pythons have suffered so much in Nigeria recently. Nigerians, pity them, they are not the cause of the hunger in the land.

The government is paying people in Florida to kill Python. We just need some visas for our Nigerian Brethren.
Sports / Re: NFF Vows To Unmask Man Who Harassed Super Falcons In Austria by Sprumbaba: 7:10pm On Jul 22
Awesome! Unmask the fool. Knowing his families here in Nigeria is enough with us
Do you know Buhari's family house in Daura? At least, he is tormenting you in Nigeria as well.
Politics / Re: Sunday Igboho: ‘juju Has Failed’ – Joe Igbokwe Mocks Agitator by Sprumbaba: 3:03pm On Jul 21
There is this saying, if you are going to be a gentleman, be a gentleman but if you choose the other way, let it be confirmed that you re not a gentleman. Though I do not support mocking but going by the way Igboho had previously display or made people to believe he has juju, by his statements and things he put on, I have been disappointed from the very day his house was raid and his boys killed without resistance from him.
Haba, I was expecting Igboho to have power to disappear when things get beyond his physical control, to stand AK-47 or to even have power to command security operatives to believe what he wants them to believe, things like afose, ijaya, mayehun etc not just someone that can be ordered around by police Sergeant or even a Corporal.
Igbokwe may be wrong some how but not totally wrong. Those who believe in juju need to ask themselves some questions indoors, could it be that Igboho did not prepare well or those things are really not effective or better still, he jam someone stronger than him in those two occasions( his house invasion and subsequent arrest)

So you wants Igboho to kill DSS and Soldier? You watch too much action film.

just checked it out now. Is that what you do? Would really appreciate it if we spoke off of here. I checked it out though but didn't see how one can learn of something
Yes. There is not much information about and that is why they pay top $$ for it. It is a job that can be done remotely as well. I can give you a part to it. Udemy alone won't help but I can get you free access to udemy to go through about two of Splunk courses. You will know if it will be a good fit for you.
Career / Re: Unpopular Tech Jobs That Pay More Than The Popular Ones by Sprumbaba: 4:51pm On Jul 17
does it involve coding?

No Coding. Python may help but is not necessary. You must know Linux commands. What you do are data onboarding and building dashboards.

so many factors determine the design outcome. For the land size, I designed that for the client was lucky to get that. Designs are never a problem but space so stop talking anyhow.

I will take my business elsewhere. When you are doing business online, you watch your utterances. Go to the property section, I will give you 5 artisans there and ask about me from them. Even Skimanski that used to design here did nothing less than 3 drawings for me. If you see me in person, you won't tell me to stop talking anyhow if I said the same thing to you. You are supposed to sell yourself.

Those complaining of lagos being a slum, overhyped, yen yen yen. Pls i haven't seen anyone that's ever sold their properties in lagos and booked the next bus to their village but i ve seen alot of ppl sell their lands and took overnight bus to lagos lol.

in other news, are you with little funds and wondering if it can build you a home and make you a landlord, then lets talk. I want to be your architect

This is how we used to design houses in the '90s. Your design is old school.

One right here is looting and smiling at you
Foreign Affairs / Re: South Africa - Starving Rioters Say They Are On Verge Of Eating Each Other(Pix) by Sprumbaba: 10:50pm On Jul 15

Just imagine Fulani Buhari arresting Obasanjo a Yoruba man or Jonathan an Ogbia man... Think of what Yoruba's would do to any cows they see and any Fulani man's business sasa Ibadan would be a child's play... Think of what militants would do

Arresting Jacob Zuma was a wrong move... Zulus won't take it likely

PS; before you think riot and looting is exclusively a black man thing.... Remember Antifact, Black lives matter, Trump Republican supporters, EPL and European Football supporters,

Which Trump republican supporters looted? You must be watching CNN.

This young man, a fortunate breed. Born into influence and wealth.

If you sit amongst rich folks and hear them talk about Nigeria, then you sit around poor folks and hear them discuss the same Nigeria, you’d wonder if it’s one and the same country. People are experiencing conditions in the country differently.

May God not punish children for the sins of their fathers. Amen.

God will punish this one. He go suffer.
