I am not insulting you. I was just wondering. You can do consolidation and I know a shipper in Chicago that will help you ship it. You should not even pay up to 50,000 Naira to ship and clear a full sets of chair. They will also clear it for you. You can even do a big box for $200. Whatever you put in that big box will get to Nigeria for $200 box. (They do this in my own city and the big box can carry a lot).

I ship 95% of everything I use in Nigeria (including chocolate,toothpick, engine oil for car )

Not all salvage cars are bad. I have Honda Civic 2007. I bought it same year for $5,800 and fix it for $1,500. I am still driving it to run errands and  I only changed 2 tires since. I have put 40,000 miles on it.

The secret is, don't buy front end collision. Buy those that are not heavily raped at the back.
You can also go for hail damaged car. There is no mechanical fault with hail damaged cars except little dents.

You can also be lucky, I  bought 2001 Honda Odyssey ( last year  ) for $1,600 and I spent $50 to buy only struts and it was fixed for free. I have been burnt though but I no my way around it.

Finally, I will tell una to be cautious of salvage cars because you need to see the kind of cars your peeps abroad are sending home for sale. They only care about making money not about the person that will drive the car.

@Gobi, this is not funny. I just got a quote of 2.4 Milla too for a plot. 4.7 for raft foundation ( without German floor). I have sent 2 more people to give me there quotes.

Abroad is not good? Why are so many Nigerians nowadays like to give birth abroad?
Also, some people just hate you when you live abroad. Some naija peeps will even look down on you as if you are washing toilets or struggling.

Everthing may be fine in Naija (for those that are Okay, not Nairaland pretenders) but you are not living a quality life. I say this because I live in Naija and abroad.
