totit: The new Ibadan they don't want us to see. If your state's aerial view can beat this show the world. We are tired of the usual one local gov pictorial view. Shm. Shatap, Ibadan remains a slum and an eyesore to West Africa. Ibadan is not even as developed as Nsukka. |

Danladi7: IGBO people have come again with their inferiority complex.
The whole Igboland was a forest when those houses were built and earned Ibadan the title of the 2nd largest city in Africa in term of population and landmasse! The modern part of Ibadan is 5x those picture showed.
IBADAN CITY AND LAGOS CITY ARE ON YORUBA SOIL.IGBO CAN CALL ONE NO MANS LAND AND RUBBISH THE OTHER WITH HER OLDEST PART,YOUR PAIN WILL BE FOREVER THERE AND AND STATUS QUO WILL FOREVER REMAIN Only ibadan and the brown roofs are on Yoruba soil, lagos is a non man's land and developed by all. |

I was watching the whole drama from the top of a mango tree An innocent person posted a question about how much and material it will take him to do a big fence. Some suspicious characters threw in figures and and dropped phone numbers for further engagement and possible slam dunking. Some concerned house members saw a rat and started screaming "everybody hold tight to your wallets o" They were screaming because some basic questions are not asked and they hurried to drop names and numbers, so it seems fishy. And the people that dropped numbers started throwing tantrums and calling names. Jumps down from the mango tree and picks my bicycle, if you wan beat me, come to our house, our mai guard na ex army captain |

omohayek: And what might those "religious beliefs" be? They certainly can't have anything to do with Christianity, as otherwise Osinbajo wouldn't be enjoying the support he does. Maybe you mean most Yoruba people don't want to worship at the altar of "Agberoism and Stomach Infrastructure" ... You mean all Yoruba that doesn't worship in a building with a dome are agberos and thugs? |

Yyeske: Go ask the Agbakobas, late Chinua Achebe and other prominent Igbos how they Left Lagos before the war. Remember that PH, Benin, Warri etc ain't safe, abandoned properties come to mind The north like kano, Kaduna, Jos, Abuja etc , you should know better about those places. Is your life better than Agbakoba or Achebe family own? A tenant is still a tenant and holding on to the hope of crises to reclaim his sold land |

But Swizerland has a larger annual GDP than Nigeria.

freedomforall30: To backfill those lagoons and swamps to become livable land, will cost Lagos over $200 billion, which is impossible as Yorubaa don't have such money, can never have it, unless if they borrow and no bank will even lend them $1 million as they have exceeded their borrowing limits. And they will still sell the land to men from the east and Dangote then use the money to host owambe parties |
