so this is not new
many peoples say it is not possible but IHACKED say it is 100% possible and easy to do.

obnelly: its 11881 H 27500.I dont have the biss keys but if you need the official card i can sort it out for you.Here in lagos we get that tp on 4m but in the evening it will disappear so I am trying to see if bigger dish can make it stable throughout the day.Concerning the card if you are interested you may send me a mail.Down this message you will see my e-mail.

all this sad experience you guys have gone through are from federal police why not support state police and you will feel free

with 2.4m dish you will get it in the evening .make sure you get close to 98-100% on your multitv the signal will pop up.3m and above will be okay
if your dish is warp you will not get any signal at all.

@obnelly. are the channels free or scrambled. if so what is the strongest tp for tracking?
