2) He did not submit his closing statement, and the judge has to deliver the judgment today. The judge dismissed it and Kanu is saying he has no right to, but he didn't submit it.

Shouting on top of his voice or accusing the judge of being compromised would not make the judge release him if he has a bad case. (which I think he does)

Only a lawyer can explore the loopholes in the charges against him and use those loopholes to put up a defense for him. His opinion about Omotosho won't matter if he is sentenced to prison because of his bad case. Even if he appeals, the appeal court will most likely affirm the lower court's judgement if he continues to fooolishly agitate for himself instead of getting a good lawyer to argue his case.

I said it is wiser to use a lawyer. However that is on the premise that justice will actually be done.

Whether he agitated or not, if the body language is set at declaring him guilty, it won't stop the ruling. So it's better to agitate so that he won't go down silent.

If you're going to argue whether the judge would not set at declaring him guilty, don't waste your time. Didn't you see how our PEPT and Supreme Court sold out people's mandate in the electoral panel?
