You've forgotten that we won the FA cup last season and are still in contention. We also won the Community shield. Wenger says to win the league will take us till 2017 for him to build a formidable team that can compete with the likes of Chelsea and Mancity.

Take a look at Man Utd (after spending over N150m, no change the currency to £150million on the likes of Falcao, Di Maria, Blind, Rojo, Herrera etc besides Mata and Fellaini last season) and appreciate what Arsene has done, and then be hopeful for a better tommorrow.
While I am not satisfied as a fan, yet I try to be objective in my criticism. Success doesn't come overnight, it takes time and patience.
If you who enjoy UCL every season is crying what do you expect Liverpool or Tottenham fans to be doing? Is it not because Wenger has spoilt you people, that you don't know what it means to finish outside the top four? Now we are third just few points behind Man City with about 11games to go, yet you are still whining. Na wa o!

Is there any match that Giroud does not show his 'awfulness'? He only pops up from no where to shine a goal. That's why I feel if Arsene had let him he would have popped up like before.

Ok having just recovered from the night of horror, its time to pass on my analysis.
1. Its Arsene to take the silver bullet. He (and I) underated Monaco and set up the team to attack leaving only 2 defenders, unfortunately they forgot their defensive role and joined the attack party. Wenger should have been at the touch line to call them to order, he just sat there wishing.

2. Because we underated them, when the first goal came, we became emotional and threw caution into the bin. At 1-2 we still had a chance.

3. You can blame Per all you want, but even a todler knows he is slow. But you never ask where was Kosh to make the first tackle? Per had 100% pass rate. Nevertheless he had sold his place to Gabriel.

4. The biggest flop for me was Ozil, he never really turned up despite a string of poor passes. He always ran too close to Cazorla, making it easy for Kondogbia (that name again!) to track them both.

5. Enough of fault finding and a bit of solution- for the return leg, let the defenders sit back and allow the attackers do their job. Hope never says no.

I just tracked with 60cm and got it stable at 25%. Watched the ending part of one La liga match like that.

That would be the start IMO - you can't keep racking up injuries like we do and have any chance. There's a limited number of players you can have (and Wenger isn't a big fan of rotating) hence keeping your best guys fit is the best option. Add to that a DM, bring back Jenks from loan and the magic ingredient called consistency and let's see how far we go.

Bellerin has been OK, but not much more than that. I think the Spurs game showed how vulnerable we are on the right if the opposition targets that wing.

Both goals came due to mistakes on the right - first goal because no one picked Harry Kane as he drifted to the far post after the corner, the second from poor closing down of Bentaleb allowing him all the time in the world to pick his cross for Harry Kane.

Not that I'm solely blaming Bellerin for the goals, but it does show that we can be exposed in that area so there is definitely room for improvement.

For him to get the nod ahead of Chambers meant great improvement. He is no Sagna, but even Sagna could have made those errors on a bad day. Sometimes errors may be forced due to how the team is shaped, like against Spurs, Welbeck failed to track back to aid Bellerin faced with a rampaging duo of Rose and Erikson.

Question: What can Arsene do to this present crop to ensure we win the title next season? Your thoughts.

Why I think Arsenal will beat Spurs and go on to finish in 3rd place ahead of Man Utd this season.

Le Coq is the oil that lubricates the Arsenal engine, he forms an impregnable shield that allows the full backs to maraud, and the attacking midfielders space to be creative without watching their backs. He goes for strong tackles without incurring the referee's wrath (as much). He is quick and reads the game intelligently.
Arsene's plea for an anchor man is over. He may not be a Man of the Match kind of player, but he is a Man of the Team player.
With the Gunners yet to face Chelsea at home and Man Utd away, this is the best time to be an Arsenal fan.

I wonder how you study players and their technique. Is Wilshere that bad?
His style of play brings a special dimension to a team. Wilshere is a player that can collect the ball from defence and drive it into attack just like Pirlo.
As far as I am concerned he is above average, he is not there yet but is coming.
When I see a player progressing into a star I know, only few people in the world (like Arsene) have such ability.
Mou sold off Schurrle for Cuadrado, for me thats absolute lack of faith. Hope he wont regret it.
