concerning ox and ramsey, what ramsey has over ox for now is that he defends better . Ramsey does 3 jobs in the team . He plays as the winger,help out as defensive midfielder ,helps out bellerin and lastly pops over all over the pitch. He really need to hit a very bad form before wenger would drop him. 3. Playing high line with slow or injury prone defenders
4. Playing without a DM for so long until now
5. Sticking with crappy or injury prone forwards

Its not about money but the prestige of being in the ucl is key
