The team work, chemistry, energy, and motivation I saw yesterday was great, kudos to the manager and players.
Despite injuries to about half of the squad including key players like Ozil, Ramsey, Walcot, Wilshere, Koschieny, Arteta etc, they were still able to come with an emphatic win, and wonderful display. There is only one Arsene Wenger.

Epl fixture this weekend dey use style tie wrapper.
its a tradition that whatever ss3 shows on 3 or 4 pm kickoff is what ssselect n all other fta's shows. but dis week, select2 advertised chelsea vs hull, while leicester vs man city is slated on ss3. The confusion is thick that even all fixture sites are quiet about it.
Also , irib is known to show @least 2 epl matches on satdays, hence we might stil get something from there....

so, for this week fixtures, there will be **-assumption ( expected).

There is absolutely no reason why Poldi should not start games ahead of Giroud, Welbeck and Sanogo, his COMPOSURE in front of goal is definitely head and shoulders above his peers at the groove, he might not make those incisive runs behind defenders, he might lack the skill and technique to take on defenders, which all of the aforementioned strikers lack...but you can't deny his ability to hit the ball and force the goalie to make a save or simply just let the ball sail in, you can't deny his COMPOSURE and FOCUS in front of goal, his conversion rate/chance is well above his peers..you can't deny his drive and passion, I feel like Wenger never utilized the skill and potentials of Poldi,we are bound to lose Poldi my guts tell me in January even though I wish otherwise..

His performance in the Gala game should take him higher up the pecking order. He has the best conversion rate after Sanchez. Campbell was a little disappointing, with Sanchez and Chamberlain in the team and a returning Theo, I doubt if he can play again. Debuchy's return should stabilise our defence, Sczeszny should communicate more. Hopefuls- Bellerin and Zelalem.

Abeg UEFA give us any of Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern or Athletico, pls pls pls.

Those calling for Arsene Wenger's resignation should be careful about what they wish for.
We have just qualified to the knockout stages of the Champions League and coming back from 2 consecutive wins within a week without conceding any goal despite the injury crisis the team is currently experiencing.
Though there is a seemingly lack of progress but I blame it first on the players considering that we have created more chances than any other team in the EPL,
before on Wenger for his over confidence in his so called 'top, top quality' players.
But Wenger is a good coach. If you doubt give Mourinho or van Gaal this Arsenal squad and see if we would not relegate. Remember he is the only manager that has led a team through a league campaign unbeaten, and also holds the longest unbeaten streak. He has won more titles than any of the current serving managers.
What Arsene actually needs is a motivation to buy more big names than trying to groom a Sanogo to become another Henry or Monreal another Adams.

I think AW should stick with this defensive minded play once we take a lead instead of attacking too much, this was the pattern he used to grind out 10 wins in a row last season. Over confidence and lack of patience caused us the Man Utd game.

The moment Wilshere left, our midfield collapse against Man Utd. Our problem is not Wilshere playing in the middle, its Wenger who tells the players to attack, attack without keeping caution at the back. In the win against Dormund, he coorected it- we had about six players behind whenever we attacked, that's the way we played last season when we went over ten matches unbeaten, grounding wins with consciousness at the back. Give us a real anchor man and we would beat any side.

On paper, Arsenal shouldn't find it difficult getting all three points come Saturday. One would think that without Di Maria, United shouldn't pose much problems. However, last season, at their lowest ebb, we found it difficult to beat the red devils home and away. So Saturday's game is totally unpredictable.

So far, we've struggled against teams this season and based on that form, we'll need a miracle to get at least a point.
