They are good, for some time at least. They are good for low use areas, or buildings where the occupiers don't come in often.

with what I have seen on sites, I will suggest he waits until painting is done so he can know the number of people on site and which team to hold responsible. This is very important especially if there's no security man living on the site

I was on a WhatsApp group and there was a conversation about someone building a house to hold off on the final wiring and electrical fittings until everything is done and the house is painted .. so after wiring ,then tenants start moving in..

Is this method advisable?

Yes, especially where wire theft is a big risk. But I would rather the do the wiring as soon as doors and windows are secured, prior to painting. I have had too many cases of wire theft, and most of the cases had to do with workers that were working at the site.

We are set for the parapet fascia here, and we are planning for a pre cast design. This is the design we have chosen to work with.

Don't worry, as soon as I am done with the roofing, I will focus on all the other finer finish items, i am struggling to get this parapet done with perfect touches now. Nice samples you have there.

It is, a good iron railing will do wonders to the finish.

Wao! 424sqm of space implies a very massive duplex (Double Duplex with 14 coaches high walls excluding lintel). The N200M you quoted to complete this project is a very conservative estimate then.

With high grade complete finishing in today's economy, N300M would be more like it in my own opinion.

The house is actually massive. The size of this project will become apparent as the work progresses by next week, because it's when we begin to connect the house to the external pillars that the size will blow out.

I am seriously trying to control costs here, like in every of my sites. We will have to reuse a lot of materials like wood and bamboo, as London as it's safe to do so.

Yes it will. There are very small duplex designs.
