Someone conceived this idea of a residential district on twitter. Wanted to share it here with you.

Some roads will be closed to other traffic in the morning.

Its surprising to say the least, that people will go out and take medications which untrained people will administer just because they heard it cures one sickness or the other.

Nobody checks to see the side effects or the long term damage it does while curing the present small sickness, then creating a bigger one instead.

I watched the whole video,

and the only thing that's true about the video is the single gutter where a puddle of water is, in a rainy season o

And maybe the back of the terminal where a little grass is growing, not even tall enough to attract concern.

The true situation of the stations is that they are working properly every day, with buses shuttling from one terminal to the other every minute of everyday, even to Nsukka and Agbani. The video showed keke moving around to pick and drop passengers at the terminal, that proves it's very operational.

The masses in Enugu are enjoying the buses and that's what matters. As for the small complain about the environment at the terminals, I am sure the government will do something about it soon, they have proven to be the listening types, and sanitation in the state is on a very high level.

They seem to be starting another new terminal at Abakpa, around 1st bus stop area, you can see the demolition of the old buildings there, I heard they will compensate the owners.

We are happy with these new projects, our governor is doing well.

I agree, Enugu is a decent state.

How is it overrated? Its actually the most underrated food in Nigeria. I plan to buy some this morning to take to far work sites, workers will work extra if they know I came with it

Okpa is the best snack in the world today, enjoyed in many different flavours and methods of preparation. There are festivals framed around okpa and it's still advancing in popularity.

There are many variants of this great food

Okpa with meat
Okpa with local spices
What about the okpa without oil, appearing white and eaten on some native festivals, that tastes superb.

If you get a place inside town for about 40m, the construction cost of a 4 bedroom bungalow will be roughly 50m with standard materials, not luxury finish. That will be an average of N90m for a new building of 4 bedroom bungalow.
