Okpa is the best snack in the world today, enjoyed in many different flavours and methods of preparation. There are festivals framed around okpa and it's still advancing in popularity.

What about the okpa without oil, appearing white and eaten on some native festivals, that tastes superb.

If you get a place inside town for about 40m, the construction cost of a 4 bedroom bungalow will be roughly 50m with standard materials, not luxury finish. That will be an average of N90m for a new building of 4 bedroom bungalow.

I will like to pull out an article I wrote in other platforms about how to get prepared for your building project. I will post that in the below post.

But for this thread, our intention is to provide you with building plans, pictures, house models and 3d renditions of possible sizes of building which are common in the Nigerian building industry, then state the average cost it might take to build them.

We do not want to enter into too much argument, as situations like land type, topography, actual locations, material types and style differences, include finish details may push the total cost either higher or lower. But we want to know the average costs.
