Glo is not expanding?

It is obvious I'm chatting with a supporter of one fraud that takes advice from a mad man. His followers would not be any better than the mad man.
which new market is Globacom expanding to? They were almost going moribund in Ghana before they partnered with Tigo. Since 2012, they only have 2% of the Ghana telecom subscribers. Please note I am note dissing Glo, it takes wit to run a company of that scale. I only educating you about entering new frontiers. Airpeace needs all the support it can get and the CEO needs to cry more if that will save his business.

I am just having this feeling he is just using victim mentality to curry favours from the government.
I maybe wrong though and he may actually be being victimised as he claims.
Expanding into new markets is the toughest part of any business especially when you have international politics. He needs to shout more to get his way. Musk is running from pillar to post to gain EU and NA support against Chinese EV makers flooding EU with subsidized EVs

Awon oponu alaini lakaaye kan kan.
If Globacom is expanding into new markets, definitely the government should give it all that is needed to enable it succeed. But is Glo expanding? You see now that you are the Oponu

Musk is not a businessman. He is an entertainer with rich friends. "Wise men" like yourself do not understand business is business.
A man sitting on a company that was once valued at $2tn, is not a business man? Which bush are typing from?In developed countries, the president is supposed to be the one fighting for Airpeace. Trump bullied China until US tech companies caught up with 5G tech. BIDEN is slamming 25% tarrif on every Chinese EV that lands on US soil. Clearly you are handicapped when it is comes to intl trade

Infact he is the best CEO, and he is doing what a CEO should do. Musk have been having sleepless night with the way the Chinese are flooding the market with EVs. He is rallying Europe and North America against Chinese EVs. How did America respond to 5G before American countries caught up with it. You have to use every Arsenal to defend yourself business. BBC is creating series on how Chinese EVs are flooding the EU market with cheap cars and it is worrisome to them.

He cannot call me to say I am a bad person...he never get that liver... a relative did, I guess that was the story he told them

Correct talk. But anyway I can benefit from this business?
When I was overwhelmed with some tasks mid last year, I got two guys from Nairaland, the Job they did for me, I had to repay the client from my pocket full amount plus abeg plus I will do an extra work free for him. I paid the NLers the full wage we agreed on but they didn't hear from me again. I guess they will see this and know why.

You did not have to inform him of your decision. ? Why did you ?
I did not get your question, but I didn't tell him I was cutting him off. I only have not requested for his services since February.
BusinessWhat Most People Fail To Realise by SSpeter(op): 1:10pm On May 02, 2024
There is this guy that I do give business to (a distant relative), he has been executing tasks for me for over 5 years until last February. I would give him deals and pay at a premium ( he is very good at what he does and delivers on time). There are other guys just as good as him as him that I do engage as well and some are just as good as him, however, I pay him at a premium. Sometimes I get less than 20% of the profit while he takes 80% or more.

When he bought his car he told me about it and I was happy for him, he has been doing well for himself and recently he got a car for the wife. I am happy seeing the progress he is making. However, I feel he is now in a position to go and start searching for deals himself rather than wait for me to give him deals and pay him a premium.

There are other people that are willing to do the job at a 60% discount and they are always checking, I felt it is right to also extend to this other guys. I explained the moral quandary to my spouse and she said...." Theory of badbelle" ... But I feel he has the capacity to go do other stuff so that others can benefit like he has.

I was surprised when I got a call detailing how I am unsettled because of the progress he is making angry That I don't want others to progress around me. Then I asked the caller, what about the other people working with me. Truth is, his pay would settle three guys and the three guys would be happier the got something.

People should take into cognizance that nothing lasts and when someone tells you your services are no longer required, don't take it personally.

Victim mentality.

The Oniru family that have multiple properties affected are not crying. Bola Ariyo (owner of Mami Beach) is not crying. It's only them shouting igbophobia that are crying. grin
It is not about the property, get it, if it was Paul's personal mansion that is blocking the way, I would hire bulldozer my self to take it down. Landmark is Iconic, being there several times. It was a concept he envisioned and brought to fruition. It is not about money or compensation. I don't know how to explain it but if you bring an idea and make it work, no amount of money will make sense for you to give it up. Also, why is everything in a rush, we are going 700km....3rd mainland bridge is 11km and took 14 years, so why the hurry?

Let me speak from my experience as a practitioner and a professional in this field
I said in an earlier thread that all Ocean Coastline in Nigeria belong to the Federal Government and they are the only entity that can issue titles in that regards,I am not capping but I was taught this in my University Undergrads days
I have challenged Landmark to seek legal redress because this is a very huge investment and we need to settle this matter of who really owns the Ocean Coastline once and for all

I also challenged Landmark to publish his documents to the general public and also for everyone involved to openly produce all certified drawings and plans of both the old abd new coastal roads

Sometimes it is better to keep quiet before you get all the facts
You are not getting the point. Landmark will be compensated no doubt. But it is not about the compensation, Paul is a big boy, it is about envisioning something and bringing it to fruition only for the Govt to say they want to erect a white elephant project. Nobody is talking about compensation bro. Even your ancestral land if the FG needs it you will release it the only thing the FG owe you is compensation.

This one kills within 30 minutes.

Firstly, the shape of its head shows it's a viper.

Secondly, what type of viper? Horn, pit, sand, Russell, bush, forest?

I guess that's an African brown bush viper.
you are correct it is a viper, it is a carpet viper. There are three vipers in Naija, the carpet, the gaboon and the puff adder

Sigh. I can't keep going back and forth with you. Even your Certificate of occupancy on a land is still leased for only 99 years let alone a prime land like beach front that is heavily controlled and regulated by the FG and the state government. Your title does not mean you own it outrightly. Even the Chagoury that built Eko Atlantic do not outrightly own the lands, and the government can call for it anytime. My last post on this thread.
A leasing agreement is distinct from a C/O. If you have a leasing agreement you cannot trade the property, you cannot sell it, you don't have authority over it. A C/O even if 99 years is stated on it, gives you authority over the property....they are distinct

The FG or state will not sell out a beach front to anyone for life. Seriously, you can't be this dull. Even those beach lands don't belong to the Oniru family that have been on those lands for centuries.
Don't let me doubt your reasoning capacity, Landmark was sold outright, the extent of the property I do not know but that property has been used to secure facilities in the past

I cannot state the intricacies because I have no access to the survey plan but I have seen a copy of the title because the owner has used it to access facilities from investment houses, if it was a leased agreement, he wouldn't be able to

Same as Landmark or Mami beach that are being affected. You only own them for a few years at most. Infact, Eko Atlantic phase two would have gotten rid of landmark anyway.
Landmark was not a lease agreement, it was sold

A few buildings on a beach does not equal 200 million dollars. These guys just pull numbers out of their arses.

A resort in Indonesia which is a real tourist destination.
This resorts are leased at that stated amount. You are not buying for life. Landmark was bought outright hence the price variation.

Propaganda. Who evaluated it as $200 million? Nigerians just pull big numbers out of nowhere 😂

This is another beach resort in the Maldives, a real tourist destination with good security and more buildings and better amenities, selling for $70m.
the resorts you are mentioning, you don't buy it for life. It is more like leasing. You own it for a period of 20-30years.

that was in the past, today, whoever earns more should take up more responsibility. I only advise men to try and earn more but if wealth favors the wife, then she takes more responsibility.
