[quote author=Ade3000yrs post=134429934]Simple steps on How to raise 50 birds for 8 to 9 weeks. Total budget: #400,000 naira plus or minus as at of 6th of March 2025. 12 bags of feed would be needed for 50 birds to be raised between 8 to 9 weeks. First for 4 weeks for starter. The last 4 to 5 weeks for finisher. After First 2 weeks u give them. Lasota dosage as 1st dose. 2nd dose after 3 days Gumboro. 3rd dose after another 3 days. Lasota. Marketing should be done At 7th week so you can be sure of whom to buy at 8 weeks to 9 weeks. Once your birds get to 9 weeks without selling out they begin to eat into your profit. With all these factors in view or into consideration your sure to get up 3.6Kg per bird After curling possibly 3.2kg or 3.1kg A kilo of chicken now goes for #5,000 naira per Kilogram so roughly Each chicken should go for #15,000 naira plus or minus While for 50 birds that would be #15,000 x 50 = #750,000 naira. In space of 2 months or 8 weeks to 9 months maximum your expected to make #750,000 - #400,000 = #350,000 plus or minus as your profit Theory sweet ooo. A broiler loses 30% of its live weight after slaughter. FACT! I have my own data from my own farm and that of others to prove this! Also, are you selling from your own shop or are you selling to end users or market sellers? The prices are different for each. You need to segment your market because this is not a one-size-fits-all market. |
The basic principle behind any kind of giving is love for God and willingness to submit your finances to his use and direction. That should be the underlying motive. Anything else is slot machine Christianity which does not work. Are you disciplined enough to let go of 10% of your increase as tithe? Nigeria has a lot of poor people. When last did you give someone money or an opportunity that made an impact in their lives? I am not talking of giving N500 or N1000. Even beggars can do that. I went to a government hospital once. I did not believe the number of people who were discharged but unable to leave because they were owing. How many of you have visited a children's ward to pay off the bills of even one child? There are orphanages everywhere and many of them are desperately struggling. How about buying the kids in that orphanage even just 5 crates of eggs for their protein needs? You go to your village. That your village church your parents attended has a lot of old people. How about buying wrappers and distributing to those old ones who attend? Does the building need painting or replastering? That your village hospital that never has any medicines...how about organizing to buy some of the medical consumables there to last a week at the very least? Even in your church, you know there are young people who cannot afford a JAMB e-pin. How about buying this for even just 5 persons? There are so many opportunities to give without having to be coaxed or coerced by a pastor whose intentions may not be right (and there are many in our environment, just as there are good ones too). Do not wait to be asked to give. There are opportunities around you. Never neglect the poor. God said that he who gives to the poor lends to the Lord. In the days of languishing, the Lord Himself will visit such people on their bed of sickness and raise them up. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:Which orphanage have you given to this year? |
Righteousness2:What are the various modes of preaching? I have led someone to Christ without talking to him for one day. He was a colleague who approached me and said he had been observing the way I live my life and wanted to be free from alcoholism. He was prayed for, converted and he was weaned from the bottle. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father in heaven. Many of you think it is only when you shout at the rooftops in odd places that you win souls. When you comment on various topics and bring the spiritual perspective, is that not preaching? You know how many people see your posts? Those who will mock it will mock, but I tell you there are many who read them and consider their ways privately. Let us use the smartness of God to our advantage. |
Yelling in a market is not the only way to spread the gospel. Tracts, handbills are there. Matthew Ashimolowo waa converted from.a muslim to Christian via a tract. I have personally shared tracts in Wuse market. Ten minutes, i was done. No yelling, no shouting, no disturbance. |
Breaking, 1984. My first film ever on VHS. We were like ten who watched it in my neighbour's house. His parents were steady travellers to and from the US. We no get money naaa, so na im place we go watch the film. This dance made us go bananas... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEoaN9qIxFs Hi fives if you recognize the stereo set at the end of the video. You put the cassette in, placed the stereo on your shoulder and blasted it out for everyone to hear while strolling on the street. |
I am loving this. Last year, we were buying maize for poultry feed at N950. It is now N600. Even soyabeans that was N1200 and N1300 has crashed to N850. Looking forward to bumper Eid-El-Fitri sales. |
MasterJayJay:His tithe is more than what you will ever earn in your lifetime. Now go knock your head on your street transformer. |
Igweh's case is the worst. His retirement was backdated to 2023, effectively demoting him from AIG to CP and retiring him on CP rank. Kai! Power tussle at work. |
Only a fool speaks of his plans to those who can oppose his progress to the platform to actualize those plans. |
Used this for the first time in Barbados in 2021. Not a big deal to me anymore. |
zeuss:He is a thief. If he had asked at least five people to buy him that drink, there is a good chance one person would have obliged. Which is more shameful? To ask and suffer four rejections with the potential that one person would oblige? OR to have his face plastered all over the internet as a Tiger Nut drink thief? Tomorrow now if he goes to the embassy for visa, he will meet a nasty surprise. |
ItisWell22:No mind am. He should find out what the average NBA or NFL star earns. Or what elite coaches are paid. |
It is sheer stupidity to be earning such money and his company is bleeding N400 billion. |
Responsible man. Stayed away from behaviours that could have rendered him HIV or Hepatitis B/C positive and saved lives. |
No forensic evidence whatsoever. I just tire. |
They should be sent to work on farms and grow what they eat. |
Rhymesy:Give it to your parents. They are the people who made this happen. |
DiasGodinHeaven:Please ask him. He is a very dumb individual. |
If Trump asks Zelenskiy to roll inside mud for $1billion, he will do it. Useless comedian. |
franchasng:What is unfair? Trump should keep throwing American taxpayers' money into a war that Ukraine cannot win? Do you know how much is $175 billion? |
Anybody who thought that there would have been a different outcome to all this has clearly not understood American foreign policy as outlined by Henry Kissinger. America can NEVER give anybody free aid or free military support. There is always something attached. Now Zelenskiy has found out the very hard way that he and his country were tricked, deceived and manipulated to cede away land and their precious rare earths minerals to the Russians (Donbas region which will never be given back to Ukraine) and the Americans. How can you indirectly use your rare earths to borrow $500 billion to prosecute a war that we all knew was UNWINNABLE from the get-go? Zelenskiy should have asked several African countries how such so-called support from the West has always ended up...plunder of their mineral resources. |
TRAPLORD13:Pursue it hard...they are number 1 in the field. |
Nnamdipapa:Pray that your village people do not remember you and open your case file. You will cry to the God of your fathers for help. Do you think it is for nothing that Charles Taylor is now the pastor in his prison in the Hague? People think they are too much until they are hit with a major life-changing event that turns their lives upside down. Then they will remember that there is God. |
boxypane:Patrick Kaduna Nzeogwu was from present-day Delta state. He was not an Igbo by definition. Many people who belong to the ethnic Anioma people such as the former Delta Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, and even ex-Super Eagles Captain Sunday Ogochukwu Oliseh have all denied being Igbo and identify as Ika. The only Igbo officer who led a team that did some killing was then Captain (later Colonel) Nwobosi (who died 3 years ago or so) and that was because Akintola refused to surrender and met the team with gunfire. |
It is unfortunate how low we have got to in this country of ours. Only those who do not know the damage IBB did to Nigeria are the ones hailing him. As for Osinbajo, the one who says he is a pastor...hmm. I leave him to God. |
HilsonDick:When Buhari came in, urea was N7,500 a bag. After bamboozling you with his Presidential Fertilizer Initiative that promised N5,500 a bag, he left office and urea was at N42,000 a bag. Who is doing the rip off? |
Now they know their time on earth is nearly up and all they have acquired is not following them to the other world, they are now spilling the truth. |
Mandate1:There are many indigenous car makers in the US. Americans will buy local brands. |
The headline is a bunch of bullcrap. US tariffs will only make the cost of cars brought into the US pricier. Those exporters will have to seek other markets in other regions. This has no effect on cost of vehicles brought into Nigeria. |
