Thugnificent:You deserve it. There are too many of you out there who refuse to work for your money but always looking for giveaway. |
No company in Nigeria can pay such except you are top management in banking, oil or big conglomerates in Transcorp, etc. No bank CEO in Nigeria earns less than N12m monthly. The women heading Transcorp, Zenith Bank etc are all earning close to N20m a month. You really need to be close to the company headquarters from the get-go to position yourself to be such an earner. Bar this, the only way out is to earn remotely from foreign companies. Or you own your own business. Or combine both. |
Thugnificent:Stupid fool. Offer to do a task for him and get paid instead. |
These apps are a means of livelihood for millions. But some politicians will simply sit down somewhere and make crazy decisions affecting the entire populace without caring. |
tensazangetsu20:Sociologists work as consultants to oil companies in conflict resolution, but they only work with PhD holders who also probably have a teaching position. So it is not a "useless" degree. No degree is useless...it is the individual who has to decide to what use such a degree is put. Have you not seen engineers and accountants carrying rifle on the road doing police and NDLEA work? |
Yet one fool somewhere said every person should be charged $500 tax for Detty December. This is ridiculous. |
kevoh:Sometimes light in one phase goes off, or the current drops. You will then need to transfer the cut out unit to the phase with light or the one with stronger current. |
The damage is done. Go to the office, negotiate a lower sum, and work out a payment plan. Get them to reinstall the meter. |
UP MAN UUUUU! |
harjay1986:Your head dey there. My primary remote work pays me millions a month. I earn like a prince but live like a pauper. This lifestyle has enabled me to get solid investments because I do not spend on frivolities. All those going to club and spending money like there is no tomorrow is a life I have left behind with my 20s decade. I have stopped recharging DSTV for months now. I have found I am too busy to even watch TV. Free to air cartoons full everywhere. As a child, we had no DSTV, no VHS machine (popsie bought it when I was 17). We relied on NTA for cartoons like Voltron, etc. We even had to hide to watch it because we were severely restricted and had to study in the evening. Cut your coats according to your size. |
There is a place for the poor in heaven as per Lazarus. There is also a place for the rich in heaven as per Abraham. One squatted in the other's bosom, but both were in heaven. This was as told by Christ himself. Such erroneous teaching has no place in Christianity. No place! |
Amobi has shown he is a visionary. Under him, Rangers has been revitalized to a large extent. |
Na to make am DPO be that. |
The dude is gay. How true is this allegation and why now? |
Ebubu6:The South East will never have an air force base. I do not want to comment further. But thank David Umahi for attracting this. This would never have happened under a Northern president. |
There is a lot of competition. Are they still making money? If costs>revenue, there is no business. Wages are a cost. They may have to downside and stop opening branches and incurring more running costs (fuel, etc). |
Russia has shown them the way. |
Aspen12:Same story with 10000 usernames. Why not offer a service you can do for money? |
ayubaski:You get akamu brain. I can show you payment I received for a supply of chickens several times last year from a high net worth individual to support his giveaway programs as part of his philanthropy. Can you even rent a room in Barbados my base? You can't even afford Lag-Abuja ticket. How can you pay for a BA ticket from Grantley Adams to London Heathrow, 9 hours flight? |
ayubaski:At least I am cashing out and I will cash out more. But you...you will lament forever with sifia pains! |
adonainana:What would be the cost of transporting to Abuja? Let me try out this feed from now till mid-Feb on my experimental stock. |
ayubaski:I have a right to charge whatever I want to charge for a product that requires I pay costs that are forever changing to the upside. Yesterday I milled feed with maize costing N750 per kg. Last year at this time, it was N390 per kg. What happens when it gets to March/April which coincidentally is the Ramadan fasting month that ends with Eid-El-Fitri, followed by Easter two weeks later when chickens and therefore feed are in high demand? Is it when maize is N1000 per kg that I should bring prices down, when workers are also demanding higher wages? That's why I asked that fellow if he has ever paid anyone salary in his life, and the same goes for you since you clearly have no brains to know about a business whose cost of goods sold (CGOS) is nearly 80%. If you cannot afford to eat chicken, please there are other protein sources: fish, rats, snake meat, frogs, etc. Insects too. Make your shift and move on. |
obinna58:But you are willing to buy commercial feed which has been proven by tests to be underdelivering on its constituents. |
obinna58:This is the problem of the black man and why they will always be slaves to the whites. The black always wants quick results and ready to consume whatever the white man brings his way. The white man takes his time and does plenty of research, sometimes taking decades, before coming up with a product that is world class. They ask questions and question everything until they get answers to their questions by instruction and research. In contrast, the black man hates instruction and cannot be taught anything because they think they know it all. How can you understand the metabolism of a feed formula by chickens without knowing the role of each constituent and why they are brought together in various quantities to produce a formulation that can take a 50g chick to 2.8kg to 3kg bird in 6 weeks? I remember telling my friends in the business that in 2023, the feed companies had responded to the sharp rise in costs by reducing the protein content of their feed. Some were registering 16%, 17% when they were supposed to deliver 22% and above. I saw the impact in my own flock and that led me to ask questions and seek answers. But no. Our people just go with the flow and want everything delivered to them ready made. Ok, pay for the information or the product of such research. They want it free. Well, after years of handing out cheap fuel with the right hand, the government is now taking it all back with the left hand and with aggression. Those who refuse to innovate and reject knowledge will be left behind. We have too many ignorant people in Africa. |
Urheadmaster:I grew up in that era. It was terrible. |
adonainana:Do you have for broilers? I would like to try yours out. |
babyboy4every1:Oga, every business has secrets. Last Eid el-Fitri, I sold 800 chickens in 2 days. In July, I was paid N1m to supply chickens to an organization at a price that gave me 100% returns on investment. If you do not know about what is called market segmentation, forget doing any kind of retail business. Do you know that one Alhaji bought an entire trailer load of rams to present as a gift to a former president? Where did he get those rams from? From the skies? A manager of a fast food outlet in Abuja told me in confidence that they consume more than 200 chickens a day on bad days. Who dey sell those chickens to them? If you are selling chicken one-one to civil servants who were not even paid Dec salary to celebrate Christmas, sorry is your name. How can you buy feed at N27,000 a bag and hope to make a profit selling to struggling families as customers? Even when I was growing up, my family only ate chicken during Easter, Christmas, and family birthdays. Nothing more. Like I said, in Feb I will start my poultry training and I will show my trainees who the real money-spinning customers are. |
ayubaski:Have you ever paid anyone's salary in this world? Nigerians make a lot of noise but most are very empty. They talk of things they have ZERO KNOWLEDGE or experience. |
ayubaski:The size of chicken you bought in November was probably sold at N800 per day old chick. The chickens you saw in December were bought at N1,750 per day old chick, with attendant increase in cost of feed. - There will be mortalities. A lot of mortalities because this is the heat period and chickens do not do well in hot weather. - Not all will grow at the same rate (genetics, survival of the fittest, food competition, etc). So you may buy 100 chickens and only 70 will get to table size. Some of you know nothing about a business and you just open your mouths and be yarning rubbish. If you think it is greed, why not open your own poultry business and see how it goes. |
laivwire:Lies! Who says it takes 2 years to get appointment in the German embassy? That defeats the Blue Card program essence. Blue card is not a one-way ticket for a whole family to japa. You still need to follow the relocation rules for family. |
Lithiumite:He cannot. They undergo random.blood testing for banned substances. A positive test is the easiest for a black fighter's career to be pissed down the toilet. The stigma is carried for life and you can be retroactively sued to return winnings deemed to have been fraudulently obtained while using banned stuff. It is no joke. Even a pic of him holding a joint can be a career ender. |
Max24:Yes, just like Jean Marc Bosman sacrificed himself and his career to secure the court judgement that is today known as the Bosman rule which paved the way for today's footballers to earn humongous wages. Yet Bosman now lives in poverty. Nothing good comes without sacrifice. |
