His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

I think some of you write before you think. Obi's legal counsel is yet to finish their presentation and you are passing judgement already. It will be wise for you to relax and watch them finish up their time without touching on those EC8As brought to the court...

I don't understand your second point but if a copy of a document is blurry online,you simply check the offline copies.perhaps,the camera was faulty or the inec staff mishandled.we all know how the bvas malfunctions regularly...if for instance you tendered your waec photocopy and a particular info is blurry,you simply check the original or another photocopy except it is non-existent

It is settled that a petition must be filed within 21 days against the result of an election. The document that should accompany a petition are in Para 4&5.
