I worked as a teacher for about 2yrs as an ICT teacher in a school where the students pay above 550k per term yet my take home for the first 6months was 47,500 after 6months it was increased to 51,500 then after 18 months it was increased to 61,500. I was spending N240 on Tfair alone and for food I spend roughly N400 for morning alone... Once pay comes, my mom gets 10k from the money, other bills take and I struggled to save 20k monthly. Fast forward to 2020 when covid came we resulted to online classes and that gave me time to use the night and prepare lesson for all the classes during the day I go out to hustle, when it is time for my class I drop the prepared videos and everything for the students to watch/listen to and ask questions. Covid was an eye opener... I was hustling like a school dropout under sun and rain, my skin color change from yellow to chocolate but I was making sometimes above 80k a week. To cut the long story short, in less than a year, I bought a land worth 1.5m in Ibeju lekki, I got a descent accommodation, I place my mom on weekly stipends of 7k, my girlfriend who believed in me gets 5k weekly in school, I got a car for uber biz and will be getting another one next year and process visa for my younger bro too next year. All these gotten in less than 2yrs after quitting my teaching job. The same school now i am their ICT consultant and they are like bro u dey fat ooo, u dey look good ooo e be like the street favours u. Some of the teachers have stayed there for more than 15yrs and struggling but too scared to leave... There was a time one of my student the granddaughter of an influential lady in Nigeria (name withheld) told me... Sir, you are a fine and intelligent teacher but you do not have a bright future because you are a teacher, the whole class said "yes" I went back to my desk (the ict lab) and was lost in thought, I couldn't sleep all through the week thinking of what that girl said So, that's my story, the man didnt lie... Sometimes we look at those who get dirty while hustling and we think we are better than them. I am still hustling and looking dirty, sometimes those so called officer workers come to buy what I sell and they try to talk to me anyhow thinking they are better or I am an illiterate because they are in the office taking AC and putting on suit. There was a time I blast a lady who was going overboard with her utterances, I made her to understand that I have worked in office settings, my lab alone had very chilling AC with 24/7 internet and if I should present my certificate from primary to university she will understand the kind of student that I was. She left with her tail between her legs |

This generation Na really the coconut head generation. #sorosoke |
Your primary objective should be how to get a job or improve your finance... Konji is real but there are pressing issues facing you because if you get the sex and impregnate someone your situation will be pathetic so follow the right paths first, get a job or money, get an accommodation and then find sex. Me personally I stayed from 2016 till 2021 without having sex not because I was broke or dont have access to it but because it wasn't my objective. I needed a good pay job I needed my own place I needed to be ready in case pregnancy comes When I got these things in place this year, I had sex and it was cool without fear of absconding when belle show |

My brother times are hard now. People are depressed and need serious help. At least for the sake of your daughter, if it is within your means to help please help.. Nigerians are suffering |
I tried cooking but that one alone is suicide so now I eat outside and spend roughly 1500 - 2000 daily on food alone... God help us |
Nairalanders! Greetings With the economic situation of the country can we still say that cooking a meal at home is still better than eating outside? For me personally, I stopped cooking some months ago because to prepare a small pot of soup I notice that about 3500 leaves my pocket and I don't eat that soup more than 4 times but when I buy a plate of swallow outside, I get a good meal for N600 per plate. Last Sunday I decided to prepare spaghetti and I observed that about 2500 left my pocket and the spaghetti only lasted for that day. So what's your take... Which is economical for you. Eating outside or cooking at home? |

To all successful YouTubers and upcoming ones I think we can help ourselves to cross the 1k subscribers and 4k watch hour. It is not easy to cross that line so I am suggesting if we can help ourselves to grow by Dropping a video to our channel, a visitor will watch, like and subscribe to the channel.... Something like follow for follow... What do you think? Here are video links to channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pr9ODgY2EMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjXDbjHutHE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2mj5-3Cjbo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvYtY4ZVbts |

tollyboy5:The injustice in the country is what Is fueling this agitation. Igbos generally will prefer a better Nigeria with no ethnic, religious and political marginalization. At least their investments scattered all over the country says it all |

Ifeanyi Uba went to alaba international market to campaign for his upcoming election in Anambra but the reception he received isn't what he expected. I think Nigerians are tired of these recycled leaders. The anger and frustration can be felt in every corner of the country. See video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pr9ODgY2EMY |

Mine is eating biscuit especially that one they call spicy biscuit (fish biscuit). Though I still eat others like speedy, noreos, coastal but spicy biscuit is still my favorite. I remember as a young guy then, when it is late and mom starts chasing us to sleep, I will buy and hide speedy biscuit in my pocket and in the dead of the night when everyone is at sleep I will wake up and quietly start eating them one after the other to the extent that I developed tooth ache and the tooth was removed. I am 29yrs now and I still eat spicy biscuit like a kid. When there is no spicy biscuit I buy coasta OR fibre or speedy. In my place of work they know me for that, my fiancee knows me as a biscuit eater even my mom still laughs whenever she visits and see carton of biscuit in my drawer. I guess this habit started when I was in nursery school, my elder brother used to work in a biscuit company ( Niger biscuit) and as their distributor we used to have cartons of different types at home. Going to school mom will load them inside my bag |
