If you're willing, go get a nursing certificate in an Asian country. Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.

Then use that certificate to go to Canada, US, Europe as a nurse.

The health sector is in SERIOUS need abroad and there are established routes from Asia. Even more than Nigeria.

REFERENDUM doesn't have to be in your constitution for it to be given....REFERENDUM IS ONE OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS

The change in constitution is long over due but I really don't know why our lawmakers have not debated about it.. That one on its own is a long process.

As for boycotting, are the leaders ready to talk about change in constitution? What are they boycotting when they are benefiting from the unworkable constitution

It would be pointless. To get referendum in the national assembly, you need 2 third majority or 67%

The entire lawmakers in the SE/SS/SW dont have up to 45% vote at the national assembly

So where will the South East get 67% votes needed to pass a bill on referendum? Its impossible

The law , as constituted, does not allow for referendum for secession

However, what can be done is to amend the constituion to allow for a referendum for secession...which is a process requiring a two-third majority in the Senate, House of reps, plus two thirds of all state assemblies.
