Why will police leave him to bleed out after shooting him??without been told, the police should know that the guy need medical attention after shooting him.they might now continue investigation after he's fit and has been discharged.

I have never supported he died that way, it could have been anyone.
But then again, he threatened uniform men and those words were very strong, such person cannot remain in the society, in saner society he will be treated, immediately sent to court while in cuffs and would be sentenced and kept in maximum prison. Infact it wouldn't be up to two days.

You don't know what you're saying. He was first arrested and released, he went on rampage and destroyed 21 windscreen using an Axe(Aiye weapon) and was finally shot. Although it was alleged that he bled to death. But then again releasing him back to the society isn't a way out. If he could be locked away indefinitely it would be better.
