andrewbaba44: How is dessers not better? because he scored 12 goals in the serbian league? but dessers was the top scorer in the dutch league also which is a more better league not even about sadiq really, but lets minus this season where dessers is the top scorer, where was he last season when he was 24 years old, nd 2 seasons ago when he was 23, you feel me... and if he was so damn good, he would not be moving to Genk now, after being the joint top scorer of the Eredivisie... he should be moving to the EPL, La liga, bundesliga, seria A, french league etc, ever wondered why he declared for us? or why belgium would rather lose a good quality centre forward? maybe cuz he is average IMO... Now after comparing both on transfermarkt.com, i found out dessers is valued at 3.2m to sadiq 2.m, however we should not forget that around 2017, sadiq was valued just under a little below 3.m before the nosedive, at that particular time when dessers should be 23, we dont know his wherabouts... dessers 25 years, total match is 167 games, 73 goals, 28 assist sadiq 23 years 141 games 77 goals 31 assist ( not including 6 apps nd 4 goals for the u23) conclusion what im trying to get at is that, he dosent really trump any of our forward players at the moment, what does he bring to the table? Can he dribble like chuks, lethal like osihmen, fast like simon or kalu, infact i prefer josh maja... but he is a powerfully built striker and had a good season.... lets see him at Genk please... but no matter what he achieve at Genk, he'd still need to move to a much bigger side... that was the move we expected now, i guess we'd have to wait another season or so.... sadiq on the other hand is interesting, can play, score, assist, weve known him since 'tey tey', when he was having troubles we know him, hes don the green and white, played for FC ROMA, been to the olympics and is being mooted for a bigger move, im sure bigger than Genk.... |

i've watched dessers, he dey try but i dont rate him... his game and style of play is average. this season he is the top scorer and he declared for us which is the only reason i wanted him in the squad, apart from that nothing much... when i saw the Genk interest and move i was not surprised at all, im even surprised at people here getting surprised at all... anything can happen sha...
on sadik, i remember seeing him at the Olympics or so, nd if i'm correct i think i had seen him in one of our aged group teams once, maybe not. then i remembered AS Roma, then nothing again till i started hearing about his performance here... i watched the video dropped by chriskel and i was like wow, this guy don improve ooo, can dribble so well, can hold the ball well, the best part is he could drop so deep to receive the ball, drive forward and also a great assist man, wow.... But, there was a 'but' i discoverd, the serbian league, or lets say some of the oppositions i saw sadiq dribbling upandan looks like kids... not to take anything away from the guy, monster season, but he should come to france, or any step up league and lets see him wella...
nwakali, the trending guy on this thread... i was happy he made his debut, he nor easy... i like the guy, why? i nor know,, but i don like am since u17... so im happy that he is back and i actually watched his few minutes debut... i pray he makes a big comeback... |

pansophist: 1. Lions are called the king of the jungle because Tigers (and other stronger formidable predators) do not live in the jungle. In other words, the people who look down on you do so because you haven't assumed your throne and shine in your glory. Go be a king in your domain.
2. Resurrect your inner b!tch. The world is a jungle, and being Mr nice guy will not take you far. The unrelenting you are to exhume your inner b!itch, the farther you go.
3. Formal education will make you a living, but self-education will make you a fortune. True life's education is experienced outside the classroom.
4. Being nice and incapable of inflicting harm is not a virtue. It is a weakness. The ability to inflict an untold amount of damages, but chooses not to, is a virtue.
5. If they stand behind you protect them. If they stand beside you, respect them. But if they stand against you, destroy them.
6. Be aware of your vices, and do not let it destroy your life. A typical vice for men is philandering, negative aggression, greed, alcoholism, etc. For women, it is prostitution, chaos, vindictiveness, narcissism, and dissatisfaction.
7. The antidote to suffering in life is responsibility. pursue what is worth dying for, and every other suffering you pass through shall be insignificant.
8. Never be afraid to walk alone, instead be afraid to walk mindlessly with the crowd. Your mind can be your greatest asset, and your greatest liability, depending on if you nourish it well.
9. As a man, your superpower lies in being masculine, and for women, being feminine. Understand this and accentuate it to the best of your ability.
10. The ability to express yourself eloquently is power. The power of speech can move mountains, bring down standing armies, and give meaning to life. Be eloquent. The content of your speech speaks more about the speaker, as opposed to the subject. The formation of your mental sophistication is expressed through the content of your words.
11. The weaker you are, the more fight you will get into. The stronger you are, the less fight you will get into either. To thrive is to be tough.
12. Anyone that loves you in the truest meaning of love is your family. Love unites people not blood, though love coming from blood relation is thicker. To understand the true meaning of love, substitute the word ''love'' with responsibility. Love without responsibility is not love, it is infatuation.
13. the natural mandate is that anything valuable comes from the inside. If an egg is broken by an outside force, life ends. If it is broken by an inner force, life begins. Do not let external forces suppress your inner voice.
14. Approach every human relationship and connections with a sense of mutualism, conversely, do not entangle with someone who does not understand this timeless rules. Mutualism is growth, parasitism is death. The tree provides shelter for the bird to nest, and the birds help the tree by spreading its seeds to fertile ground. to germinate.
15. The gentle walk of a tiger is not foolishness, but strategic. In life, know when to give up, preserver, and what deserves your energy and resources, to avoid falling deep into the "sunk cost effect". |

Some parts of the world are lifting lockdown, I believe we should do the same...
Ease the lockdown, Corona virus is not going anywhere, we should learn to live and evolve with it... You can't lock people at home with no food, no light, and no movement... It's a war now and people will learn to adapt...
Ti will do my possible best to keep myself and my brother safe and all around me, but I must have an avenue to earn money to sustain myself if government can't do that... I know not everyone will get palliative, asits impossible, so we should go out and earn a living, while greater emphasis be put on personal hygiene...
The lockdown tire me... |
