If you wouldn't mind I think I can give an explanation on this based on an information I saw about UI recently. The school with others like Uniillorin closed their change for some top courses, ie if you never applied originally to those courses in the school and plan to change to the school, you cannot effect Amy change in courses as Law, medicine etc. I think since they have closed it, they had to redirect you change application to another course.
I sincerely hope you ratify this and push on. Meanwhile ...Nice score there!
