ZAWs: Even an illiterate won't act the way mary odili did.
Supreme court don't originate cases, rather they inherites them from lower courts.
Nonsense mary odili gave a verdict on an election matter that was never existed anywhere.
Mary Odili was given a little test, but she didn't only failed woefully, but also exhibited her devilish attitude. Too bad. Oga, stop fooling yourself. The case went through various appeals from high court to the Supreme Court How old are you or what's your level of education? Keep shut if you have nothing to say It's not a must to comment thereby exposing your ignorance . |

gawu1: All l read from this address is emotion expression. But, Kanu as senior and experience lawyer he is, practicing the act for a very long time, ought to have known that court cases are not decided base on emotions. It is more or less an outburst of someone who has lost a contest to an opponent he thought he would have defeated easily. I remembered that day Nwoabuze appeared for Atiku in the just concluded PET with his speech full of emotions like a crying baby Oga, even with Uzodinma's fraudulent votes, he still did not meet the required geographical spread as decreed by the constitution. Why then will the Supreme Court overlook such glaring fact and declare him winner? Will you call that emotions? |
Politics › Re: Imo Guber Review: PDP Submits Final Addresses To The Court by Staro: 4:06pm On Feb 21, 2020 |
tinsel: Do Supreme court work on sentiments? I thought PDP will bring out new evidence on why the supreme was wrong in her judgement. Supreme court is not a prayer ground. Compare Agabi's submission and that of APC in Balyesa yesterday. Oga, even with Uzodinma's fraudulent votes, he still did not meet the required geographical spread as decreed by the constitution. Why then will the Supreme Court overlook such glaring fact and declare him winner? You called that sentiments too? . |

WATCHOVER: Nigerians will be most grateful if your Lordships grant Ihedioha it requests and prayers.
But wait Uzodima 4cked up by first praying for a rerun which means he already admitted that election not get head in the 388 polling Units.
Uzodima and APC at least should fear God for once. The worst case scenario should have been to declare a rerun in the controversial 388 polling units. Even Uzodinma himself prayed the courts for same. The Supreme Court went straight to declare him winner without taking cognisance of the fact that even with the fraudulent votes Uzodinma did not still meet the geographical spread as decreed by the constitution. . |

This is a solemn appeal to the Supreme Court to do the needful.

Sufisunni: I am neither an APC nor PDP fan and don't give a damn with both.
However, I don't follow mass mind hypnotization. I mentioned three states where the supreme court either outrightly denied APC from fielding candidates or handed over APC's victory to PDP under the same CJN you are accusing. This happened despite high courts and court of appeals either validated APC primary or victory but supreme court overturned it and gave it to PDP; this has never happened before in Nigeria governorship elections. You are talking as if Imo State is more strategic than River and Bayelsa states (first and second oil producing states) and Zamfara. You lied (on the bolded). In Zamfara, INEC maintained all along that APC did conduct primaries. The Federal High Court Abuja, Federal Appeal Court Sokoto and finally Supreme Court all agreed with INEC that APC did not conduct primaries. In Rivers state, all the lower courts ruled against APC. The Supreme Court did same. In Bayelsa, see, forget Bayelsa. The APC in Bayelsa have since realised that they made a silly mistake. The deputy governorship candidate's certificate forgery is well known in the state even before the Federal High Court in Yenagoa pronounced it. There will be a big stain on the judiciary if the Supreme Court fails to correct that IMO ruling . |

Sufisunni: Tanko gave your party Rivers and Zamfara States 100%. He further gave your party Bayelsa while APC got only Imo State from him PDP 3: 1 APC yet, he's a bad person in ur opinion. Shame Oga, I'm not a member of the PDP. The fact that the rulings in Zamfara and Bayelsa favoured PDP cannot erase the glaring fraud in IMO. Deep down your heart you know Uzodinma did not win. So, why support evil? |
