Is it because the 5% didn’t pray, didn’t have faith, what is the reason?

Note that, I not on any side here; I just want us to ensure that we don’t give people false promises i.e. they should ‘just pray and everything will be okay’.

Even the Bible clearly stated that faith without work is unless….plus God gave us wisdom, knowledge, discernment, let’s also use all of that, in addition to our prayers and work.

I completely agree with you that, the government has failed us woefully in this area, just like in many other areas….no bi today.

I don't know if they would accept a Dom account and for Nigerian citizens it takes 2months atleast, officially it is 21DAYS and you can't get tp with tourist visa.
