Triggeredsam: Definitely they will grant 573 visas because that's pumping a huge amount of money into there education system.... But I pity people who can be lured to Australian university over a course of 40,000aud. 30,000 etc Well I can't judge but believe me the agents will not open ur eyes to see the real thing about Australia allbthey want is they 4-7000aud commission. When u get to the school...u will start having immigration problems..when ur in d rope to pay upto 14,000aud as fees withing 4months of leaving here... I will not say much about this there are still the rich dudes who have d money sitting on the lounge. I guess 90% of our selves here are looking for p.r for better future of children's children and our selfs. But well who am I to judge just scared as a normal human being will be cos am under 572...I believe I have different destiny and line of action just like our faces are different from each other.. My agent said Nigeria now has a 60% visa denial rate due to what Nigerian over there are equally doing... Mesmerizing things for our future Nigerian students.. It pains me a lot that we are suffering what a brainless idiots must have selfishly done few years back just to ride range rover.. They inline actions was due to the fact that Pfl,bcie and other agents companies fail to ask there students how they intend paying upto 10,000aud in 3months gap... That's when they realize that 573 gets u to Australia but staying there is another thing cos the options of switching to lower course is a problem and remaining in oz is now a headache... This piece was written in anger.. What ever that goes with it fine You stated the fact brother. |

jabberjawz: calm down bro.....will advice u to settle down & read through the letter thoroughly,u will have a better insight about d reason for denial.....from what i can deduce.....
1) ur family ties to Nigeria was not strong enough to convince d C.O
2) ur proposed academic field of study also shot u in d leg.....because the C.O did a comparative study of the long term benefits of your choice course of study in relation to u satisfying d long term financial obligations with out being a burden to the Australian government.( if i may ask.....what course did u put in for)?
3) The C.O was not satisfied with ur source of income(the registered company) because he feels there ain't no strong ties b/w u, the registered company, and returning back to Nigeria.
so take a chill pill, read through dat letter thoroughly, & amend d grey areas.
*From a silent observer* Went for Accounting, also as someone who has a lot of experience in Business. although Business administration might look good BUT it's one of the courses that relates to Business. Thanks Man. I appreciates. |

erictack203: I have pmed you, the decision made on your application was careless and baseless:
1. All applicants must not be married to be able to obtain quality Education.
2. Age is not a barrier in Education and shouldn't be.
3. The date of your School completion is not bad at all, giving the age of your completion, there is no Study gap, which means, your academic circumstances is within the GTE assessment scale.
4. You have verified OSHC and valid CoEs and has made the relevant payments.
In conclusion, the decision made on your application is not fair and I believe a Sentiment was made base on your Subclass and Country of Origin. You have a brighter chance of reapplying and amend the slim areas in which your refusal was based:
1. The future benefit of your program to you (you must convince the case officer that this program will benefit you in future).
2. Your return to Nigeria upon completion of your program (you remember I mentioned this to you sometime ago).
3. You should convince the C/O why you have chosen to study in Australia rather than your own Country.
4. If you have funds, I will recommend that you apply for 573/ else you will need an Migration Agent and a Qualified Educational Agent (Registered with the Migration Agents Regulation Authority of Australia).
You will be fine, you have good chances. Send me ur whatsapp Number, I want to show you my SOPIt's up to 4 pages. everything was in detail Bro. how do I contact a migration agent ? In MARA. school starts February 1just 1 month to act and 14/15 January are the Orientation date. |

DIBP site stated that Visa's can be granted 3months or 2 months before the Resumption date. but let's assume they grants me this visa now & I Anchors there this Yuletide. Do you know that from Now till the end of January, Each and every of my stay there is just for Free? Yes! Becox my OSHC has not started counting.
Becox my eCoE states that I can be there 5 months after my Akademiks. I think they are just working with the eCoE that our schools tabled before them. Not to give additional time apart from the one that our OSHC covers. My Mind |

erictack203: SVP Cancellation they are trying to tell u is not from DIBP, but from the School, if your School issues you a program under SVP, DIBP will access your application in an SVP manner (make I cook grammar). Nice Try. but the man that I was communicating with said, they received a call from Boarder Protection on 5th November 2015. Whether na true or false. and that was the same day my money ought to clear in their Account. So...they have to summon an Emergency discuss/meeting to attend to my issue. but he 1st suggested that they can pay me back all my money if I want or I can opt IN to take Diploma without Advance they later reversed it. thanks to Nilobrown . he pressurized me to stick to what me and them discussed, that they won't want to return the cash. bellong: Why are you guys in a hurry? Patience is a virtue. They handle hundreds of applications, so you should patiently wait till your case is resolved and stop complaining. No matter how long, you will be attended to. Well...I believe you. it's a waiting Game, The only way to overcome it is Patience. they knew that most skoolz will be starting on January. there's noway they can keep us till January runs out. |

35 Days & Counting. When my school was telling me that SVP has been cancelled for Nigeria, Ghana & Zimbabweans. I doubted them, although they went ahead to place me on the SVP, it indeed helped in documents wahala Yet to prove that though. But with thsee time wasting, it's starting to make sense.
Although my OSHC ought to start running from February 1 which is the Resumption date. hope it's not part of the problem here?. Although have Extra 5 months after the 3years Study. |

Dollar is now #280 in the parallel market, don't know when it will start affecting the AUD$. Although fears is still gripping the traders , some saying it might grow up to #400 in a short while. reasons were because The FED's were once told to drop the amount to #300 some time Last month. but they didn't. Assuming they dropped it then and U.S also raised their Interest Rate. DO THE MATH.
If you're to pay, move in time and 1.6 Mill won't match what you're getting into.

erictack203: Don't add your brother in Oz, it means you are likely not to come back.
These ppl wants evidence to return home. Your best bet is to add Family here and anything that will link you back home. A Student was rejected his Application simply because he has a brother Studying in Oz and that he doesn't have strong incentive to return home.
Goodluck! Well....I added my Bro that is over there. And in your SoP, you can state that S/he helped you in making a good choice & that u heard from em First Hand that OZ is a country that is welcoming, especially to International Students & with good standard education. Although Non of us is Decision Makers, but that space In APP 157A Is there for a reason. And that might helped you in some ways, Example...when they ask you where you will be staying when you Arrived. choosing your Siblings apartment might sound very convincing than stressing yourself with finding an apartment to rent from Naija. Although they've not made a decision on my App. |
