I was in contact with one of their Sydney front table representative, he normally ask me why am I not talking with him anymore?.
But the problem is...I don't just want to jettison my first scores.
Their undergraduate courses are cheaper in terms of upfront fee.
Atleast I know a course that is $6k AUD without OSHC. No jokes .

I am of the opinion that the new ssvp isnt requesting for bank satement as evidence of fund but tax receipt. The last paragraph explains.

Annual income option
The annual income option requires a student to provide evidence of personal annual income of at least AUD 60,000. For students accompanied by family members, the requirement is at least AUD 70,000.

The income demonstrated must be the personal income of your spouse (who is not coming with you) or parents. Where both of your parents are working, their combined income can be considered for this requirement.

Evidence must be in the form of official government documents such as tax assessments. Evidence in the form of bank statements or information directly from an employer is not acceptable

Okay thank you what im trying to say is that december lastyr i went got medicals and i got a mail that something was seen around my lungs and was adviced to go do the tb test in my panel clinic and ansked to wait for 3months for the result to be concluded and then the result finaly came out and im negative to tb what im asking now is that if i go for a repeat xray and they still see something around my lungs can i still get my visa since i dont have tb?

He said 573A which we all know that its for Study, but he wants to use it to work.
The only way that could happen is IF you're a dependent right?.
Ok...heres my own summary.
Someone maybe applying for 573A visa through an Agent & the agent might claim that the person has a dependant.
And the, The agent might ask this guy in question to go an do international passport bearing so..so..so surename & if he can come up with it, they can run some Age declaration and attached it to the application without the primary applicant Knowing about the arrangement. or even if he knows, he might accept such thing becox this guy might be paying huge sum of money.

So...its like 50/50 with the applicant and the Agent.
The way 573A could work as a work visa for 2years is what im tryin to make clear here.
Otherwise its not possible

By this directive, Nigerians who may need to go outside the country for education purpose or health care will have to get the foreign currency from the parallel market to carry out their engagements.

This reason for this new development could not be ascertained but it may not be unconnected to the weakening state of the Nigerian currency against the dollar on the parallel market.

Pls what should I do DIBP e-mailed me on 25th January saying my transcript is not included in my application, I immediately e-mailed it to them on 26th, they gave me 28 days of which I submitted on the next day, ever since then no response at all, I am cut of the opinion that I should mail them, another part of me says I should wait till 22nd Feb which is 28 days window, guys pls advice me, what will happen to my visa?
