Na you get your mouth. Na everybody hey their own mouth too.

This idea of paid impression on social media has made a lot of people quite huseless to society though and sensible discussions - I always insist on not dignifying ignorance with a response because most of them will clap back rather than engage in conversation - clap backs get more reach, and also gets featured on NL FP.

She has a right to speak her mind, and also has a right to be ignored.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Stop Forcing Yourself Into Skills You’re Not Built For by Stephen0mozzy: 8:07pm On Oct 05, 2025
Very well put 💯
That's why whenever anyone asks "which tech skill should I learn?", i often tell them to go an research and pick something that aligns with their interest.

Picking what pays is goood, but if you don't have a sort of leaning towards it, you'd waste your time and resources.

This also happens if you forcd anyone to learn something, waste of effort.

RomanceRe: They Pushed Me To Divorce My Husband But They No Longer Support Me - Divorcee by Stephen0mozzy: 6:59am On Oct 05, 2025
When a man is not paying your bills but getting your attention and sex on a platter, he'll definitely give you every attention.

Wait until you become his responsibility and see if he'll still be the same man.
They don't know. While we won't deny that some men are jackass as as husbands, and some women really do deserve better, but to leave something you "decided to enter when it was all sweet" because you see people wey dey "support" you, it's the height of inability to think for your own self.

Be strategic, if you no longer find value in a union, try to make it work, while also building your own independence, then leave (men or women).

So, for the sake of your kids, marry a woman who is hardworking sha, so that even if the marriage sink, she is still financially self-sufficient without relying on deeek-outs, i mean hand outs.

In the words of Metuselah in 1963, "Either you grow a pair of big ballz and confront her about it (restate your terms of the relationship - transparency - of which if she's not okay to remove all the stuff or let you have access, then stop the relationship) or you just accept her like that - she after is just a girlfriend and has a right to not let you have access to her "stuff".

Either way grow some steel ballz.
TravelRe: Five Die As Dangote Truck Crashes Into Tricycle In Ogun by Stephen0mozzy: 11:42am On Oct 04, 2025
When those in power become truly intentional about caring about the people at all, it takes just one hearing for a law to be passed, banning these trucks from plying the roads during the day.

But heck no, it will affect logistics for the elites who get their hands watered to ignore the real things that should be addressed.

May the souls of the dead, rest in peace.

Nope, it's his codebase, he definitely knows it like the back of his hands. Besides, it's just a small css tweak - applied with a good use of media query won't break sh*t.

Bad wives are given from the devil. You attract what you are. You cannot sleep and disvirgin all the girls in your locality and expect to marry a faithful woman.
😂 Na different ones una dey pass dey come.

How else do we explain the problem of evil? Dash it to the devil.

How about, saying the person married a bad wife because they were after certain things (money, connection, sxxx, banging body) and turned a blind eye to the character flaws of the person they married?

Naija man open source code? E no possible 😝. Plus developers tend to have this "It is my code and feature implementation" complex which i think affects the integration of really cool functionalities that users have suggested over the years.

I think he just wants to keep the site closest to how it looked like for the Oldies who have been members since the early 2010s.... The current look isn't attracting any New Gen z audience.

RomanceRe: If You Want The Best For Your Unborn Kids Never Marry A Fair Lady by Stephen0mozzy: 5:39pm On Sep 28, 2025
The statement should be that NEVER MARRY A PARTNER who is jobless, has no personal ambitions, and doesn't see him/herself anywhere outside looking good, having kids and being wife/husband (unless you don't care about a financially prudent partner).

Na who dey earn money fit appreciate how hard it is to get money.

Fair skinned or dark skinned, liability in a partner is a life stagnating thing.

Mehn... Honestly Bro.
But we just gotta find one more reason to stay strong for those who look up to us right? It's the world we're in.

Who stays strong for the guy who's always offering a shoulder for others to lean on... Sometimes, nobody.

And the other people gender-tapping, the man just wants to voice out in few words and push out the vibe that informed the thread, goan open your own threads for women who feel like running away too.

In Africa, that's a tradition for the second hand foreign clothes.

My own curiosity is, if we have Tailors that are sewing our native wear which they look glamorous, why can't those tailors start buying whatever materials they are using for the foreign clothes and start producing it here.

The shoe makers as well, why should we still be spending extra in getting foreign shoes when we have creative shoe makers across Nigeria?
When the really creative ones that are skillful enough to make competing quality nack you bill eh, you go run go buy the one wey Hilary Thomas dash salvation army 😂.

CareerRe: Advice Needed! Very Urgent by Stephen0mozzy: 11:58am On Sep 24, 2025
Learn video editing and cinematography.
And take this from someone who's already into tech.

Apart from the cost of the tools you're getting, the market is very open if you really good in the skill and are creative - I'm talking editing for businesses (local and international), Content Creators, et all, weddings, events.

For UI/UX, you need a lot to prior experience to break into that field as your potential clients/employers are companies (mostly startups or agencies - building a new project), and you're competing with way way younger people in the UI/UX field unless you want to do some internships for a while.

Not there's competition in both field... Still on still, follow your heart.

Is the training open to other individuals? Me for like join o 😌

Here's a birthday gift.
Take responsibility.

You mentioned a lot of things which is like blaming the absence of what others could have provided, but you didn't see how important it is that you have gone out to make those things for yourself.

There's no need regretting anything. Some of us knew at a very early age, that there won't be helpers, no connections, no free money, and I'm talking VERY YOUNG AGE... Did we give up? Nope, it made us self-sufficient and hardworking.

You can start a new chapter today.
