Hehe.....Looks like someone forwarded the registration link to you and you just jumped on bandwagon. Continue thinking like this and you won't learn JACK. GMAIL, Excel and Word in the main course for Cloud Computing? LWKMD....Baba, just dey play. You've not even read the curriculum An typing vulgarity upandan doesn't do justice to what simple ENGLISH can. |
It is understandable......handling a small car will be like sitting in a toy-car. Might likely even turn the steering break ![]() |
Nothing in this world is black and white....not even marriage. Usually, it's neither love or lust. 1. Age and pressure from family or society 2. The desire to procreate 3. The intention to inherit wealth 4. The need for partnership to face life's huddles 5. Having some consistency in your sex life? Many times, it's a combination of love and any number of the above Or a combination of lust and any number of the above. |
Why are you so hell bent on deciding your future in your girlfriend letting you tag along. Be honest, she has valid points and you'll do the same if you were in her position. If you have enough money you'll be using for yours and her upkeep over there, why not hustle a little longer and find your own way there. If na woman you be now, dem for don dey shout gold digger. Drop your shovel bro.. Go get a hustling.. "You have an abroad to earn for yourself" |

Trust me, your elder Bro is aware of his own shortcomings (every first son is aware and it makes life pretty hard when it's not going your way)......I don't think he cried because he felt insulted... Those tears where the reality of his life past, present and the seemingly unpleasant future coming out from where he's buried them. But he's a man, at 38 he should push himself, he has to be humble to learn something, even if it's driving (he must have learnt how to), then look for work as a driver in a factory or something. At that age, he doesn't have many options of what to learn as a skill... But he has to start somewhere. And you, thumbs up to you.. You really have Shown that you're a true hustler and i pray God blesses your hustle to make your mum proud and enjoy her labours of love. You'll still have to talk to your bro... Not necessarily to apologies, you didn't tell him anything that he doesn't know.... He was just hiding from them. Talk to him, ask him if there's anything he'll like to do (other than conducting buses)....most conductors who work with buses for that long or even short time actually know how to drive buses. Don't tell him about how he's falling short.. Just ask him about his plans moving forward.... At this stage he should be humble and not let his age decide what is "beneath" him. Nothing is too small.... Everyone starts from somewhere. |
The one they took time to process well without stone and dusty dirt. ![]() |
You should first be grateful that you have a platform that's even offering you the service. If your banks directly regulated by cbn provides forex for you at a truly reasonable rate, you won't need a private firm. Welcome to money market... You can't possibly get an equal buy and sell rate |
Queendera:k. |
The only problem is that you are confusing sex with the word 'love' that you're throwing around. You didn't mention anything about character or attitude towards anything else. |
I haven't been able to use my own UBA Card to do any international transactions as simple as YouTube Premium subscription nor on some course sites I think it's a general problem..i think |
Trying to click on any thread on Nairaland before the election, now and probably even long after now; and you can easily smell the awful stench of illiteracy and myopia that is the mantra of the average 'Nigerian youth'; we all claim to be ready, we all claim to be wiser than "the old cargos" yet, we are probably even worse off than them. We hate ourselves simply because we will not be patient enough to understand the next person. Armed by the mask of the internet, we call fire and brimestone on people who disagree with ours stance; and when we can confirm the tribe the person is from, we latch on to that like some breakthrough, and attack everything that the tribe stands for, scouring all areas of the internet for true and fake news just to soil the tribe. Our 'politrickians' are there today because they are quite fluent in expression to a degree that they are able to keep ya'll busy with things. But supposed youths that we claim we are....the hope of tomorrow we preach to ourselves, the reformers, we cannot even hold a conversation with one another without resorting to hate speech. If some tribes in our country were big enough, they would have been more racist and dehumanizing than the colonial masters. Obviously, bad leadership is a monster we make, each time we put down our brains, and let the tinniest thing that separates us become the national issue by which we join the oppressors to oppress the oppressed only because it relieves us slightly of our own oppression by the oppressors. phew! Nigeria is still our home, at least for about 200million plus of us. |
Even the people that ought to be joyful are all quiet. I understand it's a delicate moment of our history as a nation. But we can almost feel the celebration that would have cut across the whole nation if things were different as people wanted. Hmm. Whatever happens now... I think we the people won. For once, the people's impact and ability to decide their leaders was obvious. The labour of our heroes past, Shall never be in vain. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. |
Yamiriflathead:I've never read anything as dumb as this! Nigeria as a country is for nobody and for everybody...that includes Lagos! |
MimiSheWrote:By more you mean, KILL, MAIM, TORTURE people in the most cruel and inhumane ways right? Seems you know nothing of the history of the atrocities by the Catholic Church in trying to "make the church one" |
Anyone who can afford the hardware does not have a NEPA problem. They likely have a solar system.... |

Nobody blocks another person for NOTHING. |
He said "rich parents" and he said money. That he doesn't give them cash doesn't mean he doesn't show them love in a way that means much more to them. When you're wealthy, seeing your kids do well for themselves and spending time with them is more important and joyous than money. Blessings of parents come when their heart is made merry because of you and you're not bringing embarrassment to the family. You give value.. Not money. To his parents, money is not valuable.. They have it. |
tizzz:You're worried about step 4 when you norva do step one. I think subconsciously you're procrastinating... Oor... You're hoping to get a pity-party cum monetary support |
Only Javascript will humble you. You're going about this tech job expectations the wrong way. A 4gb ram laptop will work fine to learn HTML, CSS and Javascript, then you can also learn wordpress to be looking for side gigs to get a better laptop. Learning to code can fry your brain cells easily, now imagine adding desperation to it, and you'll burn out easily for expecting too much from yourself... I'm just starting too.. So it's my 2cents |
Kobojunkie:Just your opinion in more words than necessary. Heaven is not in any of these. You can only authoritatively talk about the terms of 'qualifying' for heaven, if you've been there before. |
Very nice thread OP. You're spot on |

function numBtw(first, second, third) {Basically, the function receives a number within given range (i.e from first (argument) to second (argument) and the third argument is the rate at which the values should change (I nor know the math word for it). (Would currently only work in the console sha). It also kinnda guards against entering non-number values. I norva sabi HTML DOM just yet, i'd have built it into a small web project ![]() |
Phew... I'm in a way like this.. Just started my journey roughly 30days ago.. Pretty comfortable with intermediate HTML and CSS.... But you see that JAVAScript.. I'm in tutorial and courses hell like this. What stage are you in and what path or language are you learning... Let's see if we can team learn |
