Do you do swaps? I have a HP 450 Probook (Core i3, 4gb ram, 500gb HDD 15+ inches display) that I will like to add money and get another laptop.
(The battery power is poor though, 30mins and the Casing is not so fine ...but it's working perfectly in other areas).

Here's what you can do...try reading aloud while you write.....read stuff aloud and soon you'll be more conscious of tenses and structure of your spoken statements.

Start with learning to express simple terms in the simplest of ways....forget about big big grammar which can easily mess up your contextual use of the words.

Oratory is a skill that CAN BE LEARNT......attending a public school gives you a little disadvantage, but your adult life in the university would have given you a chance to communicate.....read books on public speaking, it may be able to help you pace your speaking to get control over it.

Hmmm.....there could be a number of factors causing the laptop to be so slow;
1. Old age: All machines are prone to wear and tear.....with windows vista installed as the OS, it's proof that that laptop go don pass 7-10years. So If you have some monies to spare - It could be that your harddrive is gradually failing, you may have a temporary fix of formatting the system and installing just the basic files (MS Office, PDF reader, Chrome and a few Utility Apps). Get an external drive to save your movies so the system get breathing space.

2. Hard drive don almost full - less than 15% total capacity. Back up your files (You can create a partition - using Disk management "Shrink Volume" wink

- You can literally get videos on youtube on how to fix it tho. But I don't think you should take the temptation of using Windows 10 on that pc with the spec i read online; jejely dey Manage Windows 7 Home.

Legally speaking,your guy's only defense is that he didn't sign a contract.

Legally valid, the company can easily say they have not communicated that they will not pay, however due to the situation of his resignation they have to process his final pay and ensure that all "properties" in his possession are duly returned and signed off before he's paid.

Then the company will print documents, back date it and backstamp it..like they didn't need to formally let you know as you have said you don't want to be bound by paper work.

Then they will sue your wicked assss for slandering their image.... Na you go beg tire.

I'm sure your guy was maltreated. Most of us have been there and most of us forfeited the money without dragging

Mgt got angry and pleaded he stayed back for 1-2 weeks to hand over properly. He agreed, only for them to ask him to leave after close of work that same day.

2 days after, salary was paid and he is yet to be paid.
