AMD A series and E series are better than the so call Intel. AMD used to be thorn in the flesh until the creation of the series. All AMD comes with default dedicated graphics of 512MB but Intel. The second option might have dedicated graphics of 1-2gig graphics. The new series hardly heat up and are faster than Intel of the core I series.

You are current about most AMD coming with default dedicated graphics though not all but wrong about the AMD above been better than intel core I series. you can check up CPU (processor) performance benchmarks.
