netpro: The Presidency has said this repeatedly, don't give anyone your PVC in exchange for the loan. It is prohibited.But PVC number is a prerequisite for getting the Tradermoni loan or can you also feign ignorance of that? Why PVC number and not any other National means of Identification like NiN etc A pity alot of Nigerians are not honest and truthful to themselves because of their support for mediocrity
