Nigerian government will never see the broader picture.. Why not license those who are producing it? Equip them with the necessary skills.

They prefer to take our product outside, and then import it back and charge us exorbitantly. Always being slaves to the white.

Imagine the impart this local production would have on the economy.

Perfect example of bad parenting. Children raised by parents like this will likely grow up to become vagabonds. Imagine what a father did to his own son. Tueh!!!!

Parents have a role to play in the upbringing of their children. Some of the bad news we see about young guys are caused by bad parenting.

Na the hair wey she make with the money save her life ooo if not that cutlass wound for reach her brain. Ahhhh. This is gruesome.

This is too much.
As for the lady, she should be grateful that she is still alive. Know the kind of men you embezzle money from. You know you will not go but you collected money and told him you would come. She go Donearn lesson. But nontheless the man shouldn't have done this.

As for the man I hope he spends the rest of his life in jail. Such men are a threat to human life.

When kizz Daniel sang "ko Kan aye what I do with my life, if you no like am pe Fatimah. Ko Kan aye what I do with my money, if I go broke I go contain am...... Don't worry about me worry about your hairline".

Maybe he was actually referring to Young John.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Dani Alves Sentenced To 54 Months In Jail Over Sexual Assault by Stevedison(m): 1:54pm On Feb 22
Footballers are high money earners so all these girls will do anything just to get a share of that. They will literally tempt you, they can even go as far as offering you the sex free only for them to turn around later and sue for rape.

Footballers should be wise.
Politics / Re: FG Set To Release 60,000 Metric Tonnes Of Food Grains To Stabilise Prices by Stevedison(m): 7:57am On Feb 21
You mean the ones wey dem go divert? Even if they release 1000 metric tones of grain the common man may not get anything. Government officials will hoard, local government chairmen will hoard, igwes and obas will hoard.

There is no hope in this.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: What's Your Experience Like In The Labor Market? by Stevedison(m): 1:21pm On Feb 08
Hmmmm. I finished my service last year June.
Lost my dad last year September. All the money I was able to save after service went to the burial.

Well I have been searching for a decent job. I got an offer at Lekki recently as a front desk officer and the salary is 60k.

From where I live in the mainland to and fro 6 times a week, 4 times a month will cost me all the money so I refused to take the offer. I have applied to places online but no response.

I have dusted my shoes and began the job hunting within. In one of the places I went recently I was told that the only available work is packaging and I was asked to come back tomorrow. Well I am going back there tomorrow. My plan is to start somewhere first then get a skill that will earn me passive income.

Also I want to delve into shoe making business. I have been talking to a friend who has the machine I want to use for the shoe making business. I want to save up and buy the machine. I will have to dedicate my weekends to acquire the skill.

Honestly it is not easy in the labour market. I have spoken to an uncle who works as a civil servant and given him my CV. Hopefully when he is able to secure a decent job for me with recommendation I will have to relocate from this Lagos. It's not easy in Lagos.

Romance / Re: Straight Talk: Just For Men : Advice Women On Anything by Stevedison(m): 4:04pm On Jan 31
My own advice is for them to know what they want. Set standards for yourself but don't be too strict. Be friendly and nice to guys.
Don't be too eager or rush into allowing guys see your panties thinking it will make them stay with you.. If a guy gets into your pant so easily you loose your value in his eyes so easily also.

Just set good standards for yourself. A guy who sees good in you will endure and have you eventually.

And please don't be dependent on men cos you will loose your value also. Get something doing for yourself and also focus on adding values to yourself.

Crime / Re: Undergraduate Slaughtered Girlfriend For Seizing His Phone In Ogun by Stevedison(m): 1:14pm On Jan 30
Why on earth would she seize his phone? Na she buy am? Well maybe na she buy the phone for the guy. Cos according to him she said she would get him a new one.

And that useless Michael. Your friend came out with blood stains and you didn't bother to go and see the state of the girl in the bush. Nawa ooo. Both of them planned it.

Even the other girl that was raped might not totally be innocent. Like how the F did you end up at Michael's house that would warrant rape. Hmmmm.

Both should serve life sentence or firing squad sef.

Cuppy is already a big girl. For that lady to have a successful life she has to date someone who has more money than her father or that ard in the. Same level with her father. Without this she will always disrespect the man. And this is an major area of her life that she has to be careful about.

I remember when we used to read in the faculty of management science at night with street lights during exam period with mosquitos feeding on us daily. Even after that some of us still get zero due to error from ICT or other departments and then the stress of writing letters and getting signatures from lecturers and HODs and eventually still carrying the course over. All these we went through and someone can achieve just that with "transaction successful". Let justice be served please.
