tollyboy5:Students pay for everything in their hostel fees especially in the Southeast that I know. Non-academic staff are also paid by FG under the salary structure called CONTISS. The talk about universities funding and maintaining laboratories, equipment & co are all avenues for corruption. All those facilities are in shambles.
