SalamRushdie:Match never start, Bebeto don dey cry? Even Atiku marvels at your belief in him, when all he wants is another opportunity to steal like he did as Vice-President. |
Kabiyesi: When you are done talking, you will stop wasting your time doing leap year governorship aspirant, and go face vulcanizer work that will give you freedom before the next political leap year. Agbaje: I am just kidding ni ooo.

StillX10:If Peter Obi as a governor of Anambra under APGA that was not in federal power nor a major federal opposition, could have a working relationship with President Jonathan and PDP despite their certified failure, why then is it a problem for Obiano of same Anambra whose same APGA is not in federal power nor a major federal opposition, to have a working relationship with APC the party in federal power and the President Buhari? Is Obiano supposed to have a cordial relationship with an opposition PDP that is useless to him and Anambra state as it concerns federal power and privileges? Did Obi do such when faced with the same circumstances? Did Obi rather ally with ACN or CPC who were fellow opposition parties like APGA and that were of no benefit to Anambra when Obi was governor under APGA? Or has Peter Obi started regretting his then cordial relationship with PDP that has now afforded him a Vice-Presidential ticket after he eventually joined PDP from APGA? |
FFK is a devious anarchists and propagandist without any sort of morals. Is it today FFK has been known to tell lies that later turn out to be false? 1. My reliable sources say Buhari did not shake hands with Gov Ortom at FEC meeting. 2. Nnamdi Kanu is being held on a Navy ship offshore Bayelsa. 3. I spoke on phone with Nnamdi Kanu and he promised to work for PDP. 4. Omisore met with Saraki and has agreed to work for PDP in the Osun governorship rerun. He even had the audacity to visit the home of Badeh just to go and spy on the grieving family and quickly report any nonsense he could gather, claiming the murdered Badeh had 4 security officers with him. All bare faced lies from Nigeria's own version of Senator Joseph McCarthy. When will all Nigerians across all political divides learn that FFK is not mentally alright? FFK and Kemi Olunloyo are birds of like feather, except that one is a politician so amassed public wealth both legitimately and corruptly, while the other is a poor broke destitute. |
gidgiddy:And majority Igbos have already decided they want to be Nigerians whenever they feel they are getting prospects of being at the corridors of power, while Biafra is just a negotiating tool to get what they want in Nigeria. Unfortunately, Kanu was too conceited and delusional to understand this. He thought he was the one in control, not knowing he was the one being used and now dumped. |

You don't need to give me anything that is not yet enough for IPOB consumers. I wouldn't like to be accused of shortening the daily ration. |
Reno talks too much even for his own good. FFK will soon find another opportunity to humiliate him again like before. |
Is Kanu still alive and relevant to the scheme of things in the SouthEast? If he had stayed "dead", he would have remained a hero to some, but in coming out and caring only about his beloved dead dog, he revealed himself as a clown. Now even his well advertised radio broadcasts don't even get any significant listeners as before. A return from significance to the obscurity whence he came. |
According to him, “those who knew Peter Obi will attest to the fact that he has been accused of involving in drug dealing directly or indirectly since his days as an undergraduate at the University of Nigeria. These allegations have been previously mentioned on this forum by Anambrarians. So there is some truth to it and some sordid mystery behind his father's death? |
Awujale should also remember that Ladi Adebutu of PDP who is Kessington Adebutu's son, is also from Iperu Remo just like Dapo Abiodun of APC. The Awujale should not make one candidate look more Ijebu than the other or more of an illustrious son than the other. |
Asshurbanipal:So Reno Omokri is a Tinubu slave, while Tinubu is a mighty slave driver? Still you inadvertently place Tinubu on a pedestal of greatness, while trying to hate him. |
I still don't understand why Tinubu's enemies deify and worship him? Even the glory that should go the way of Reno for his audio editing job at a time Tinubu was peacefully eating Amala and Ewedu at home, has now been given to Tinubu unbidden. It is certain that Tinubu is a legend they have no choice but to teach their children about. |
Is this supposed to be the excuse for Atiku and PDP not stating anything tangible at their campaign events, as regards how they now want to rescue Nigeria after they had previously failed for 16yrs? |
One of the issues the PDP raised against presidentHaba! PDP!
|
He is no longer the darling politician of his tribe, as Peter Obi has taken over, so he has adopted a contemplative silence. |
ORIENTATION101:Truth |
My happiness with Atiku's candidacy is that by the time he is done contesting in futility, he would have inadvertently returned most of the stolen public funds as a former Customs boss and former Vice-President, back to the Nigerian masses whose future was robbed. In fact, most of the Atiku support groups are still waiting patiently and passionately to eat Atiku's campaign money with the same wanton disregard and reckless abandon with which Atiku ate public funds. Many have sworn that by the time the election is over, Atiku would only be left with the rightful wealth due to a retired civil servant and former Vice-President who eagerly awaits the alert of his monthly pension. Even lawyers are also determined that any other hidden funds of his, will be meticulously obtained by their learned selves, by ensuring he aimlessly spends it on election tribunals that would only be a wild Goose chase. I salute them all as patriotic Nigerians, and I urge them to Atikulately restore Atiku to his deserved wealth as a retired civil servant and retired politician. As Omoyele Sowore and the AAC will say, Take It Back!

SalamRushdie:Atiku must bring out all his dollars and aimlessly spend it on Nigerians whose future was stolen. I urge you to take your own share too. |

If APC cannot solve our problems, we must always move forward only, as we consider alternative parties and candidates like Oby Ezekwesili, Sowore, Moghalu etc. Only a fool will consider a steadfast failure of 16yrs like PDP, as the solution to the problems that the APC having inherited from PDP, is unable to solve after 4yrs. Or is it that we are scared that we cannot ever be better, or we believe we do not deserve better? In life, never look back on your past mistakes, more so a 16yr mistake, keep moving forward till you find what you are looking for among the options that lie ahead. Never look back like Lot's wife.
|
Ratello:Are you talking of the same PDP that was in power for 16yrs as a steadfast failure? Wonders will never end. The day we decide that APC cannot take us to the destination we desire as a nation, we will make a change while still moving forward only. I reject backwardness for all Nigerians this new year.

Mynd44:Mynd44, do the needful as you are also a part of this history. I wonder what became of most of the Nairaland accounts that were active on the forum then. It seems juvenile delinquency, idiocy, tribal bigotry, and our now toxic politics, has made Nairaland lose the reputation it previously had. I can't even see any deleted post on such a thread, when I now that in this current era, the first 2 pages will have almost half of the posts deleted by the moderators due to the nature of comments. |
This thread is a throwback that certainly resonates with everyone. 1. Those who arrogantly considered PDP and Jonathan to be invisible to defeat. 2. Those who today pretend as though PDP did not oversee the loss of Nigerian lives, loss of jobs, poverty growth, corruption and steadfast failure. 3. Those who suspected that a Buhari presidency will not necessarily afford us all of a better Nigeria. 4. Those who did not trust Buhari for his religious extremism. Everyone can relate to this thread. |
If Igbo feel that their umbilical cord is buried in PDP, they have no reason to even worry themselves over what APC plans to do with its ticket; either now or in the future. If they feel they are Siamese twins with PDP, what Osinbajo and Fashola said shouldn’t have troubled them. They should rather worry themselves with what PDP did with its ticket for 16 whole years and what they plan to do what remains of their ticket in future. In fact, Igbos on this forum who are prolific PDP sycophants have already concluded that if the Islamic Janja-weed and Ewedu licking APC which they hate passionately, should dare to not give the entitled Igbos the 2023 presidential ticket that they must be begged with, but rather give it to the Ewedu licking Yorubas who are already well known to support the APC, then the Igbos will singlehandedly ensure the PDP zones its 2023 presidential ticket to the Muslim Fulani North. Of course, with the condition that the Igbos be given the deputy role beneath the North as they have always loved it since independence. When a Muslim Fulani promises an Igbo man the deputy position beneath a Northern leadership, the Igbo man will embrace him with total adoration and servitude like a previously abandoned orphan, rather than aspire for the leadership.

If, as Ohaneze said, the Peter Obi vice presidential ticket has addressed their marginalization claim, then they should stop fretting over what the Vice President and Fashola recently said and move on with their lives. If, however, they believe that they deserve the APC ticket in 2023, they should stop revelling on vain pride and give APC their massive votes in 2023. There are no two ways about it. It is no rocket science.Very logical. |
But the Igbo know, as much as I know that behind their restive reactions to the statements by the duo is their worrying predilection to making horrible political decisions which, over the years, have worsened the fate of Igbo in Nigerian politics and made them an irrelevant political force that lives on yakking and making laughable periodic noises while their political fate continues to dip.Yeeeeeh! This can cause agony, misery and mass suicide. |
shachris02:Are you saying a single palm showing 4 fingers is the same as a double palm showing 8 fingers? That PDP will even bring up this Islamophobe propaganda, shows that Atiku has already accepted his political loss in the North.
|
Asshurbanipall:You read it again. Nigerians are too corrupt that they cannot stand 3 years of a government fighting corruption that has become cultural. |
frankmoney:Are you addressing SouthWest PDP or SouthWest APC or SouthWest People's Trust? |
