He said he can pay the salaries of lecturers but I can assure you that he most probably doesn't have up to #500,000 in his bank account and even if he does have it, he can't give shishi to anyone online. I used to frequent the investment section, specifically the cryptocurrency thread so I know what I'm talking about. Once someone starts talking about how he can feed your family, how he can buy this, how he can buy that, etc in an unrelated argument then be rest assured that you are dealing with a broke a$$ loser. When I was a student, there was a period in which I neerly starved. The one thing which didn't cross my mind was begging for money (or even stealing).

I have no way of verifying the accuracy of what is written in that paper. Well individual Russians are just like Nigerians, they cut corners. It is possible that individual eastern European gangs dominated by russians (biggest demography in the region) are involved in criminality with oil shipping.
But I'm not going to blindly believe the paper which you just shared.

Why did you call yourself a "trained mathematician". A mathematician is a person who does mathematical work (conducting mathematical research), and you never did that.
"Mathematics education" and actual mathematical research (or shall I say "actual mathematics" ) are like night and day.
I can boldly say that you know nothing about mathematics.

If there is one country which would not be stealing Nigerian oil, it is Russia.
The oil is being stolen by Nigerian traditional pirates (ouyo pirates) and neighbouring collaborators with possible collaboration from corrupt government officials and western companies. Russia has zero presence in Nigerian oil industry.

It is believable for a person with my very small level of medicine that recently deceased people's organs can still be transferred. Now that may not be true, ok, but how does that make me a fool to not know it ?
