Tinubu most likely got that INEC certificate from the school after ordering for it in 1999. The certificate was compared to a 1999 sample and it matched. Signatures, Logos, Fonts. So there is no case of forgery here.

The real argument is that the registrar's office has no trace of tinubu's formal request of a replacement diploma. Therefor, none was issued to tinubu. Therefor the diploma submitted by tinubu is a fake.

I guess you people's readjustment of reality is that if you graduated, you can draw your own diploma. And so long you graduated, whatever document you present as a diploma is genuine. It is unfortunate for you guys that reality doesn't see things that way.
Documents being genuine is not defined as the holder having earned the right to have such documents handed to him by the relevant institutions. It is the same with driving licence or the papers of ownership of your house...the appropriate institutions have to hand you the documents, you don't get to just make your own.
