Since you know this, why drinking panadol over other peoples headache?
Because I'm black just like them. It's embarrassing for black people to be protesting around and acting like cry babies instead to focus on self development while everyone in the world doesn't give a heck about us.

You keep saying "their country". These people want their independence, they dont want that country you ascribe to them
Going around protesting in foreign lands won't help them either because those countries have no jurisdiction over a sovereign Nigeria.

Damn, why do some black people act this dumb and embarrassing? You left your country to seek a better life in another man's country, then you report your country to your host nation like you and your country are slaves to them.

Disgusting.

There is absolutely no need to politicize this topic. This raw footage is from early this week and explains alot about of Russian armored doctrine, the quality of training their troops receive and the incompetence of commanders and officers planning and executing complex operations.

Myself served in an mechanized brigade leaves this speechless.

No offence to the Russians and their fan boys but some people like living in self-denial. We all know that Russia throughout the soviet times till now has poor tank tactics and even air tactics even though they had a more advanced tank before the west and revolutionised tank warfare with the T-64. We saw the massive loses in the Middle Eastern wars by the Arabs who were coached by soviet advisors. We saw the massive shoot down of nearly 100 Syrian aircraft which were soviet made with soviet trained pilots by Isrealis in Operation mole cricket 19.

Even from the earlier stages of the Ukrainian war, we saw how Russian lined up their tanks and attacked through highways like they were going for a normal field exercise.

The Ukrainians keep finding it easy, even though they are disadvantaged, to separate the Russian armour from its infantry, then destroy both elements separately. The Russians are lacking coordination in combined arms tactics but hopefully they reorganise and change tactics for the upcoming counter offensive.

You have to be careful posting things that are not technically verifiable. There's not even enough power on board any combat aircraft to detect at 500km. Lets get real pls
Exactly why I said, "hype smiley ". The emoji too. Everyone knows that the Russians most at times release "wonder weapons" with exaggerated figures.

What's that yellow thing used to cover the rifle barel
Is it to block dust or particle from entering into the barrel
It's a safety pin. There was one time during training that a course mate stomach was torn by a 7.62 X 51mm blank ammunition from an FN FAL. There was no safety pin on his gun. Things like these prevent those incidents.

Saying you have bombs planted makes it a different issue then.

You are potentially putting lives in danger.
Saying I'm gay and expanding that ideology in the Nigerian society is a danger to the culture of the Nigerian people and the younger generation. It's also a danger to the natural order and might affect the balance of the Nigerian society.

P.S I have nothing against the gay people. It's just the law.

No it is illegal to prosecute someone based on who they say they are. It is rather what they do. Did you see them having s*x? Then why prosecute them?
If I come out today and say I am a terrorist with bombs planted at the CBN HQ, the DSS will invite me. Persecuting people for what they say has been a practice, that's why freedom of speech came into play.

However, You prosecute them because they identify with that perspective. They wear rainbow coloured clothing and at the same time proclaim that they're part of the LGBT community. That's enough evidence to prosecute them.

There's a difference between human and civil rights. There are no laws against humanity rights anywhere in the world.

Yeah I know about the Nigerian laws and all that but you don't arrest someone for an identity. Even if I say I'm a thief, the police cannot come and pick me.

If speaking Ibo was a crime in Nigeria, it still doesn't mean being ibo automatically gets you mistreated and arrested bruh.

Worse still, brutalising me, detaining me and trampling on my rights just based on the fact that im ibo but you can't prove that I actually spoke it. Thats a human right violation.
I believe if a group of people or community is illegal in a country, then that group is not recognized and definitely non-existent. Hence, the only sensitization those security agencies are supposed to be getting from the American embassy is on human rights not LGBT rights as specified.

That does not mean that Nigerian security agencies are supposed to trample on the LGBT community rights but prosecute them through due process and through conditions specified by Nigerian law.

Let's have even if it's a charter flight on the way to Istanbul on Sunday at the latest.

Nigeria is a big boy and should play the world game accordingly.
We honestly know that Nigeria is a big player in the west African region and African continent, but without ceasing opportunities in this kind of scenarios to show the capabilities of the federal Republic, it makes us look like a local champion. Maybe we have too many issues on our hands that we need to handle instead.

Not necessarily. A country cannot be better than another in every single sector. I don't think that is possible.

However, I believe SA currently has a better public system than Nigeria. Honestly no one should even be trying to argue or dispute that. It's clear enough. Sorry if I offended anyone.
To be honest, I agree and I believe many knows that fact.

Rescue SA in Pakistan in 2005:

On October 8, 2005, a magnitude 7.6 earthquake shook the Kashmir region (a disputed territory controlled in part by Pakistan and India), along with sections of Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. More than 80,000 people perished as a result of the quake, while an estimated 4 million others were left homeless.
Seeing all these figures of fatalities is really frightening. Sub saharan Africa is really lucky IMO regardless of the bad leadership in some states

No, I'm not sure we've gone that far, but recently there were landslides in Sierra Leone and we supplied relief materials.

I know some quarters might feel contented with the C-130s, C-27J(aka G 222) and CASA aircraft but this is the exact reason why I believe Nigeria needs Y-20 and C-390 aircraft to replace strategic and tactical airlift. It's not about having adversaries or problems before doing something. It's about being prepared at all times. Being always willing, able and ready.

Nah. You said, "humanitarian, probably never". I thought you was implying that the airforce don't carry humanitarian operations. I don't think we've done any major international airlift ops since Gambia. Maybe someone here can remind us.

I expected Nigeria to at least send a C-130 to Turkey and assist with ongoing efforts. This is a county that has had close ties and good trade with Nigeria. Turkey has a close relationship with the Nigerian Air Force selling assests, and is one of the countries that has offered to assist with Nigeria's security issues.

Nigerian Air Force should not think they are too small to arrange an airlift of SAR personnel and material. These are the kind of stuff you do and earn the full respect of major countries.
We still haven't send anything yet? shocked
