This got to be quite some piece of news!

On page 43 of Punch Newspaper of 24/02/15 is an advert by West Africa Examination Council, WAEC, where candidates, now born-again & seeking restitution, confessed to hiring people to sit exams for them. Not only did they confess, they also returned their certificates to the exam body! In all, 178 people were involved.

If PDP was behind the real Shekau, there won’t be any need to make another Shekau. All they need to do would be to renegotiate their deal with him and not bring in someone else
