On page 43 of Punch Newspaper of 24/02/15 is an advert by West Africa Examination Council, WAEC, where candidates, now born-again & seeking restitution, confessed to hiring people to sit exams for them. Not only did they confess, they also returned their certificates to the exam body! In all, 178 people were involved.
