Ballot Paper voting methods was used in :

France
India
Turkey (for their Referendum)
Algeria,
Europe, America , and Asia, etc.

Specifically, Governor Orton categorically mentioned admitted giving Fulani-Herdsmen the sum of #10million naira.
The salient question any human being will want to ask is this, Is this money meant for refreshments or pacification or to encourage them to do more?

In the light of these confessions we make bold to say that in the present and future that these two (2) Governors will be held culpable to the unabated murderous genocidal activities of these Fulani-Herdsmen in their respective States.

And we all know how the storyline has been since then, leaving countless trails of death, blood, incapacitation, decapitation, misery, losing of breadwinners, fathers, mothers both nursing and pregnant ones, loss of sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents, friends, loved ones, colleagues, foes, etc the list is endless....why because the authorities that needs to check the budding of this type of clandestine groups and many others are not doing their work , rather the focus was militarisation of the South-Easterners region by the Police, miliary, DSS, etc probably because they see this region as a cash cow and juicy posts were they can easily extort monies from motorists and serve as handbag carriers to Governors' wifes, government officials so on.

Now, fast forward to 2017, we are now experiencing a resurgence of wanton killings at will by the Fulani-Herdsmen while the government of the day looks nonchalant and untouched by the countless lives that have been brutally murdered by these acclaimed Fourth Deadliest Terrorists Group in the world, the Fulani-Herdsmen.

To relieve the era of 2009 that metamorphosized into what we are now experiencing now at the hands of Boko Haram, Governors of Kaduna and Benue are now owing up to giving financial inducement to Fulani-Herdsmen, the same group that played a decisive role to sustain the boko haram menace in Nigeria by using their cattles to transport arms and ammunition for the former.

We want to boldly declare that we shall hold these Governors accountable for the unabated carnage that is being experienced in their domain day and night. Let's put it in the simplest terms, the blood of the murdered are on their hands, crying for vengeance everyday. It not unconnected, that after giving the Fulani-Herdsmen monies for the so-called pacification purposes, they become re-energized to do more dastardly act by continuing to shed countless innocent blood while the government of the day keep mum.

We want to categorically without any form of ambiguity that the intelligentsia should flash their searchlight the activities of Fulani-Herdsmen especially in the Southern Nigeria as their activities has become unchecked by the government of the day.

While communities are busy protesting in half nude and the Fulani-Herdsmen are equally busy doing what they know how to do best, we enjoined these communities to wise up and defend every inch of their territory since it has been confirmed that this government has left them to their fate while their (President Muhammadu Buhari's ethnic extraction) kits & kin ( Fulani-Herdsmen) c continue to commit genocide.

Ironically, we can easily deduce from these personalities that they are all APC party members, thus APC is synonymous with death and destruction.
