Babacele:Lols.....that's nice Sir, but please make sure you ask for bar soap perfume. It's not all perfume that can be used for the production of bar soap; there's a special perfume for it. That's one secret a lot of producers do not know. I shall still address that as we move on. Thanks. |
Let's start this way: Once again, these are things (chemicals) we are going to be working with: < P.K.O (palm kernel oil) < Caustic soda < Soda ash < Sodium sulphate The red caps are our measuring tools while the soap dishes are our moulds. The biggest container (the white plastic) is our mixing bowl. Please stay tuned. Thanks. |
Spandy:Heyllo Sire, nice to know you are here with us. There must be a place where chemicals are sold over there but I can't say where because I'm not used to that place. However Sir, just stay tuned I believe our good people here will soon help out. Thanks. |
All interests noted. We shall commence at once. Stay tuned please. Thanks. |
Okay, nice to know we have at least 3 persons who are ready for this. I intentionally decided to make it a free training to allow everybody to benefit from it since I have got a lot of mails on laundry bar soap lately. However, it feels like the pay training is always the best because you'll always have lots of people turning up for it. It's actually the best way to know the serious people. When you pay for it you'll definitely make use of it. Lols. Thanks. |
stadora:Nice to know you are ready sir. Thanks. |
Those things I asked us to get are more like the tools we are going to be working with. The materials needed are the ones I have listed above. The red ones are caps(covers) usually come with the 1 litre, 2 litres containers. The other ones are soap dishes and an empty supreme ice cream container. They are going to be used as our moulds while the red caps would be our measuring instrument. Just want to carry everyone along. If anyone really wants to learn, you can never get it wrong this way. Thanks. |
Juliana7:Heyllo ma'am, guess I should just send it straight to your email since you are the only serious and interested person here. Thanks. |
Ooooopz! It seems nobody is ready yet. Oh well, I will be back to continue when we are seriously ready for this. Thanks. |
If you can get the things in the pictures above, it means you are fully ready for this lesson. The most important ones are the red caps (covers). I believe anyone can get them easily though. Don't worry, I'm going to explain their uses soon. Just stay tuned. Thanks. |
You all go and get somethings like these ready:

The end has really come! Meanwhile, feel free to join us here and be empowered for free; www.nairaland.com/1798724/ Catch you there. |
It's well o. Meanwhile, let me add to your knowledge. Join us here and be empowered for free: www.nairaland.com/1798724/ Thank me later. Smile. |
Juliana7:Nice suggestion ma'am. Let's see if everyone is satisfied with that. Have got something in mind though. Thanks. |
One very important thing in production is measurement. If you don't get it right, you won't get a good result. So, we'll be choosing our measuring tools based on easily found containers around us or your suggestions. Let me give us the opportunity to choose what we'll like to use as our measuring tool. Keep your suggestion coming. Thanks. |
PRODUCTION OF LAUNDRY BAR SOAP Materials; 1. Caustic Soda 2. Soda Ash 3. P.K.O 4. Water 5. Sodium Sulphate Basically, the above mentioned materials are what we are going to be working with. With 600 naira or less, you can carry out this experiment with much chemicals still left behind for subsequent uses. Please stay tuned. Strongbest. Thanks. |
God's grace, I will be back between the hour of 8 and 9 pm tonight to take us on the laundry bar soap production. So, stay tuned. Least I forget, we must always prove to me that it's worth it by carrying out the practical. I don't want to be wasting my time on things nobody works with. You asked for it and I'm giving it to us, so let's us get engaged. Pictures of production will be a great evidence and encouragement. Stay tuned....I will be back soon. Thanks. |
I would have loved us to do something new this weekend but because of our frequent mails on how to make bar soap, guess I will just take out sometime to review what we've done on bar soap here before. I've said it earlier here on this thread that I will only treat laundry bar soap. One of the ebooks already contains the various types of bar soap(medicated and toilet soap(non medicated)). If you have got the ebook and want more guide or explanation you can always mail me and I will be there just for you. However, I'm still going to take us on laundry bar soap here once again and I will appreciate it if we can always post our questions here. It's much easier here and helpful to others that may have the same questions. Thanks. |
Babacele:Awwww! My pleasure Sir.......so lovely to hear. Thanks. |
Sincerely, I'm happy with some of our testimonies on shae butter cream so far. In less than 2 weeks, we are already beginning to see results. I would appreciate if we can all please feel free and be posting our testimonies here. Though I never talked much on some of the healing abilities of our fresh shea butter like curing of: eczema, stretch marks, insect bites etc. But I'm glad that some people are already beginning to see the action this quick. Big smile! Awaiting more from the house. Thanks. |
Juliana7:Noted ma'am. I shall look into that, let's just see how it goes. Thanks. |
I'm glad to announce to the house that the long awaited e-book on PERFUMED STARCH is almost ready. You shall hear from me soon. Thanks. |
Weldone @Juliana. Effort appreciated ma'am. Thanks. |
Meanwhile, someone could please help us update our table of contents to help our new visitors navigate the thread easily. Thanks. |
Alright, Evening everyone. I think we can now draw the curtain on Shea butter body cream. However, feel free to drop your questions, if any. Unto the next thing. Let's see what comes up next. Stay tuned. Thanks. |
Dear Op, please read this: 2 Timothy 2 v 20 - 22. |
1dafullymade:O ma'am, I wish I could like your post one thousand and one times and even more. I'm very glad we still have your type here. You have said it all, let the Op read your post and be ministered to. May we not be an instrument in the hand of the devil to rubbish the body of Christ. Stay blessed sis. |
lgboks:Awwwww! Sir, you should have melted the wax first. Was going to guide you, didn't know you would produce so soon. And wait, were you trying to crush the wax with a spoon? Lolsss....The wax can only be melted using heat. You can't crush it that way, no way! Anyway, nice effort bro. Bravo. Thanks. |
goodmorning40:Okay Sir, a hint! Get your best oil, like coconut oil etc, then, formulate your liquid bathing soap by applying your multipurpose liquid detergent production knowledge. That's enough hint I guess sir. Thanks. |
lgboks:Mehn! This bros really means business. Bro, if what you've got is the natural beeswax(I doubt it though), you are going to have a wonderful body cream. But wait, what do you want to use the methanol for? I guess you mean to say Ethanol. Sir, you just made my day with your actions. Please, free to ask me any question why producing, I want that cream to come out really great. Will be revealing some things to you along the way. Thanks. |
lgboks:Lols. We are waiting sir. Thanks. |
